On my first night, I arrived late and wasn't sure how to take the bus from the subway station, so I ended up taking an Uber. It's actually very convenient; the bus stop is right outside the subway exit, no stairs needed

We availed of their airport transfer to the hotel, then private transport to Roma Termini after check out. Communication was easy via email as they were responsive
