The second room wasn’t as nice. The walls were peeling outside our room and there was mold on the ceiling on the bathroom. The pool area is very beautiful but against a very busy street so lots of traffic noise

The location is distance from metro but walkable. Lower floor will be some noise from street. I asked to change room for higher floor which more better. They provided room service twice a day

Even the small bar on the first floor could give me a cup of hot water, but the front desk just wouldn't! It forced me to go out in my slippers late at night to buy water

We stayed here for 3 nights and whilst the hotel was very good it doesn't quite warrant 5 stars in any area

Florence and Venice so I needed a hotel with good access to transport. The Hotel is literally a couple of hundred feet from the subway

The location is good in that it is right next to a metro station but it does mean you cannot easily walk to any of the sites

We availed of their airport transfer to the hotel, then private transport to Roma Termini after check out. Communication was easy via email as they were responsive

the place is huge, and this means big rooms and open spaces. the room was very clean, spacious, and modern, with a comfy bed and complementary water upon our arrival. it was also incredibly quiet; i couldn't hear a noise

the bathroom featured a large bath, and i gladly took a relaxing bath. the complementary breakfast was delicious and varied

The service was decent; they can arrange a taxi for you, which is faster than booking one yourself. Breakfast was okay, but it seems they only offer espresso for Italian coffee, and the cups are all quite small

We had a very good time staying here and we look forward to having my 40th anniversary here again. The train station is just around the corner. We can go to most of the attractions on foot in 15 to 30 minutes

Very enjoyable stay outside the main tourist area of Rome, however convenient for the Olimpico stadium. 32 from near the hotel to access Rome centre, and from their metro or walked yo main sites

Coffee shop to left of entrance is very good. Bar to right of entrance friendly. I would stay here again if attending a game at the Olimpico, a little far out for a traditional holiday with children especially

I will not write names because I do not want to miss anyone, everyone was nice and police, they always had a nice smile and accomodated me with my special diet

At least this was my experience at every place we went to during our trip. This hotel also has a bar open at the lobby, the elevators are small in Italy but you just need to be patient

You are a 5-minute walk from the Vatican Piazza Cavour, a 15-minute walk from Vatican City, and maybe a 20-minute walk from Piazza Navona, to name a few

Service was excellent and all the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. All ready to tackle any problem, plus giving great suggestions and advices

Senses Restaurant is exceptional and the food high end and beautifully presented on domed plates. There is a water feature in the dining room which adds to the wonderful Roman decor

Walking distance to the Triv Fountain and Colosseum, opposite train station which goes to airport around 30 mins. The restaurant in the hotel is nice and good food they offer better than most restaurants nearby

The only small criticism I would have is about the room itself as there was next to no storage, very few hangers and no drawers at all which was annoying
