Receptionists need to be more client oriented to be able to level up to higher standards. Otherwise, worth its price. Great location, good artistic direction. Breakfast is disappointing for the space that they have !

We were very satisfied when we stayed there in 2022 ! But this year we would stay in this hotel, but it is closed now. Why ???? No reason is permitted-

Beautiful, modern, clean, perhaps a little too cold in the rooms

I mean, if I checked out after one day and then checked back in, I'd get it, so why not if I'm staying multiple nights? It's very inflexible; they clearly don't care about the guest's well-being

The hotel is new and in a great location, with a bus stop just a few steps away. The room also had good quality slippers (European hotels usually don't provide disposable ones)

I could immediately feel the elegance and attention to detail throughout. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and everything is just a short walk or drive away, the central train station is nearby

Gucci and Faruk were particularly outstanding—they were so friendly, attentive, they took the time to ensure I felt comfortable during my visit, which made the experience even more memorable

However the hotel did take care of it and apologized. If our room did not have the issue with the ants it would be 5 stars all

I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its grand architecture and luxurious ambiance

Overall a great hotel in a good location. Station is not far away and close to Vatican city. I booked a twin room but surprisingly they had a bit of hard time in finding me one. At the end I got a king bed room instead

Tge location is great.  But the hotel room is very dated.  The room smells so (air vent) so I wouldn’t want to stay there again.

The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, but the hallways were quite dusty, and the hotel facilities felt a bit dated, especially that elevator that looked like something Li Hongzhang himself would have used back in the day

We had three rooms however all varied in size and Facilities The rooms are generally clean and have traditional furniture and the rooms have been modified for air-conditioning The bathroom also are fairly large yet need more thought into the design

The flat screen TV was small 32 inch and needs to be updated. No tea coffee making facilities or an iron board The hotel has a grand ballroom with some lovely ornate work in the ceilings and lovely chandeliers

This is such a great hotel! Boutique luxury and really well designed all around with rooftop pool, awesome gym (one of the coolest decor fitout I’ve seen all around the world) lovely restaurant with courtyard that really feels secluded and peaceful even though you’re in the city

I had to make a last minute accommodation change due to an emergency at the place I was originally staying. I walked over to Bernini to see if there was a room available

There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It is a direct bus to the Vatican and Central Station. You can also walk to the Trevi Fountain, Santa Maria Basilica, and Piazza di Spagna

I thought I had booked a room with a bathtub, but unfortunately it didn't come with one. The shower head has few holes and is thin, making it difficult to wash

Excellent breakfast buffet, a large selection, compared to breakfasts in other hotels in Europe (where they offer only coffee and a croissant). Thank you for the wonderful hotel, we will be back with pleasure

All the staff were great! Especially breakfast staff Rene, Edgar, Debra and Alam, they made the morning breakfast a happy experience to start our day :)

To top it off the breakfast was fresh and delicious. tip, don’t use the coffee machines. ask for a dress made cappuccino etc from the waitresses

Absolute gem of a place only 300 metres from the railway station

I arrived very early for a two day stay (around 9:30 am) and the super friendly reception gave me an early check-in which on a rainy day in Rome was fantastic… the hotel has large rooms which are very quite, excellent bed and fantastic shower in both pressure and temperature which is hard to find in Rome centre

Enjoyed my stay at this 4 star hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Single room was spacious enough. Clean. Very close to the termini station for trains/metro/buses. I slept well and would stay again, thank you.

Breakfast was pleasant enough with plenty of choice, although there wasn't much hot food if that's your preference. Staff were friendly and service was good

Amazing location, just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum. The price reflects the location, so don’t expect too much in terms of luxury, it’s simple and nothing fancy. Breakfast was quite good and included in my stay

I highly recommend checking out the rooftop bar, which offers a stunning view of the Colosseum at night. Parking is available, but only use it if your car isn’t too big, the old underground garage is very narrow

Overall the hotel is good. Breakfast a bit crowded if you go about 9am but if go earlier is better coz lacking of tables. One thing not really good is their sink water drain out is very slow. Others so far ok.

Perfect location for Colluseum. Roof top bar has an amazing view. Not overly priced like the court. Staff are pleasant and helpful too. Rooms are clean. A bit small but more than adequate for the two of us
