Receptionists need to be more client oriented to be able to level up to higher standards. Otherwise, worth its price. Great location, good artistic direction. Breakfast is disappointing for the space that they have !
We were very satisfied when we stayed there in 2022 !
But this year we would stay in this hotel, but it is closed now.
Why ???? No reason is permitted-
love the hotel vibes so much.. easy accessible to most location via bus..
Beautiful, modern, clean, perhaps a little too cold in the rooms
I mean, if I checked out after one day and then checked back in, I'd get it, so why not if I'm staying multiple nights? It's very inflexible; they clearly don't care about the guest's well-being
The hotel is new and in a great location, with a bus stop just a few steps away. The room also had good quality slippers (European hotels usually don't provide disposable ones)

I could immediately feel the elegance and attention to detail throughout. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and everything is just a short walk or drive away, the central train station is nearby
Gucci and Faruk were particularly outstanding—they were so friendly, attentive, they took the time to ensure I felt comfortable during my visit, which made the experience even more memorable
However the hotel did take care of it and apologized. If our room did not have the issue with the ants it would be 5 stars all
Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly
Their warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Rome. I’ll definitely be returning!
I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its grand architecture and luxurious ambiance

Overall a great hotel in a good location. Station is not far away and close to Vatican city. I booked a twin room but surprisingly they had a bit of hard time in finding me one. At the end I got a king bed room instead
they are not too big but, all in all, there is just about everything you need. I take the chance to thank Maria and Michele for having been the good partner in this important business adventure for us
From the moment I arrived I was greated well with receptionist Danial , Room was clean and has all the thing I need. Location of the hotel is superb, near a metro station and all other places there
It was a way from the tourist crowd so there was no noise and easily you can get from there to the city centre. I would definitely be back again to the hotel
The location was ideal for exploring the city, just steps away from everything we wanted to see. The staff was outstanding — warm, professional, and always ready with great tips
This hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities. The location was great! It was walking distance to the city center
Beyond this incident, the hotel itself is very clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff are simply amazing. Their attitude and care turned a bad experience into one that showed real integrity and hospitality
We had a very good time staying here and we look forward to having my 40th anniversary here again. The train station is just around the corner. We can go to most of the attractions on foot in 15 to 30 minutes
The service provided by Roberta since check in and during all the stay was exceptional! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional, and truly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable
We had been staying here 30 years ago for our honeymoon and came again to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary here again. The hotel has its long history and being well decorated
Unfortunately, our trolley suitcase was stolen from the front of the hotel. Despite this stressful situation, the hotel staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and professional
took special care of us, and we truly felt that we were not left alone to deal with it. The hotel took responsibility and compensated us, which we deeply appreciated

, the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry
Hotel is very nice situated near Termini Station. Staff is very nice and friendly. Amenities are a bit modest.
The hotel is very conveniently located close to the train station, making transportation a breeze. Among hotels in the same price range, the room here is the most spacious. I had a comfortable and satisfying stay.
The hotel was very accessible, being close to the terminal station. The room was spacious and clean. For laundry, there wasn't a self-service laundry room; instead, it was a paid service
It was very clean!!! It was close to the station and easy to get to. The breakfast was also delicious, and I ate it every day.
” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr

I enjoyed the rooftop restaurant for bites and a drink. The restaurant in the main area of the hotel had the best Cacio E Pepe and the BEST French fries! I also enjoyed the live music. Tokyo and I will be back soon!
Le Méridien is a gem of a hotel in every sense of the word. Located in the core center of Rome
The hotel’s location was also a big plus, conveniently close to major attractions, restaurants, making it easy to explore Rome with the family. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return
The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and the bed is very comfortable. Although I love Roman water, a great touch was the refillable water bottles with the water stations at the end of the hallway
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a family, with all the necessary amenities provided. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy throughout our stay
Good location to both Vatican City and Spanish steps. Nearby supermarket and eateries. Everything within walking distance. Room is spacious and very modern with free flow of ice and water
Rome, Piazza Dei Cinquecento, 90 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location is excellent, with Rome’s main train station practically at your doorstep, making it very convenient to get around the city. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view, making me feel right at home
I stayed here with my partner for 5 days and 4 nights. On my birthday, the hotel staff surprised me during breakfast, which was a truly beautiful and touching moment that I will cherish forever
They surprised my friend for her birthday and we always felt welcomed and well taken care of. I think there's basically nothing that they wouldn't do for their guests and it really shows
Location in my opinion is unbeatable (Termini is not the greatest neighborhood but all of the big train stations are like this in Europe)
The furniture was new, and the room was thoughtfully designed. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome
The garden gives the hotel a serene and calm vibe away from the craziness of the city. The staff's attention to detail is admirable
Tge location is great. But the hotel room is very dated. The room smells so (air vent) so I wouldn’t want to stay there again.
The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, but the hallways were quite dusty, and the hotel facilities felt a bit dated, especially that elevator that looked like something Li Hongzhang himself would have used back in the day
The only downside was the front desk staff's attitude – they were consistently cold and indifferent. There were no greetings when we came and went, and even when we initiated a hello, we only got dismissive responses
What was even more frustrating was the rather large staff member at the restaurant entrance who just stood there expressionless every time we passed by, which gave a very unwelcoming impression
However, the restaurant and housekeeping staff were all very warm and friendly, which definitely redeemed a lot of my impression of this stay
This time, I stayed at a hotel that seems to be a popular choice among Chinese travelers, and my overall experience was pretty good
Rome, Via Principe Amedeo, 5/B, 00185 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
It's very close to the train station, and there are plenty of food options nearby, which is really convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. This hotel is worth considering
Monica at the breakfast restaurant, Christian and Mighel at front office and many more are super helpful. Bed is quite comfortable but the bathroom are exceptional. They provide many kinds of towels for various purposes
This hotel was the most expensive during my trip to Italy, yet the room was small and the soundproofing was terrible – I could clearly hear noise from the hallway
The rooms are modern and spacious enough. Big, comfortable bed and pillows. The buffet breakfast was good quality with the usual selection of foods, fruit & pastries and coffee was freshly made to order
My wife and I really enjoy our stay here. The staff was very friendly and we end up booking another night to stay here. The Ambiance in the restaurant especially the one on the roof was beautiful
Just a few minutes' walk from Termini Station and the metro, this hotel is conveniently located near several attractions, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby

A memorable trip
So if you are keen to be in the centre of town and enjoy a stay that has a lot of history and you don't mind not having a gym or pool, then it's fine hotel
This is my favourite hotel in Rome. Its old world charm and architecture, gr8 service and our room was stylish and spotless. The bars r devine and at Christmas the decorations and tree really beautiful
Book this Hotel if you wish to be in the middle of the best shopping in all of Italy and just a short walk to the famous Piazza Venecia
The Nazis occupied it during WW11. Loved the marble lion staircase
We had three rooms however all varied in size and Facilities The rooms are generally clean and have traditional furniture and the rooms have been modified for air-conditioning The bathroom also are fairly large yet need more thought into the design
The flat screen TV was small 32 inch and needs to be updated. No tea coffee making facilities or an iron board The hotel has a grand ballroom with some lovely ornate work in the ceilings and lovely chandeliers
Rome, Via Vittorio Emanuele Orlando 3 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Our breakfast was amazing, loved every single bite and products are of the highest quality. I would love love to go back and, if budget is not a constraint, I would strongly recommend a stay in the marvelous property
Perfect hotel
Service: Excellent 💓
From check-in to our room, they explained all the hotel services. Luggage was delivered to the room. The suite service was also amazing, and we even received champagne
The turn-down service lady was amazing—so meticulous and thoughtful, keeping our room tidy and spotless every evening. Housekeeping was equally outstanding, ensuring our room was always immaculate
The hotel boasts a magnificent spiral staircase and spacious hallways. The rooms are luxurious, bright, and quiet and comfortable. The service is attentive, with complimentary champagne and fruit
Despite being in the city center, our room was a serene retreat, with a quiet atmosphere and an incredibly comfortable bed. For unparalleled hospitality and a truly special experience, The St
The rooms are small but the suite was of good size. The lobby hosts Lumen, a beautiful restaurant where the Roman elite and guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch as well as a beautiful afternoon tea
Rome, Via Vittorio Veneto 125 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Wonderful hotel - it was our 2nd visit within 2 weeks and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are professional, the premises top notch, the price/value ratio is unbeaten given the location. Will be back soon. Thank you!
If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is a great hotel and the staff is wonderful. This hotel is centrally located to everything. Oh, the restaurant is fantastic. The service is also five star
After traveling through Europe for 2 weeks this was by far my favorite place that we stayed. The rooms were spacious, we had a huge room with columns. I loved the green interior and all the decor
It's in a high-end hotel area, quiet and clean, very close to the Pantheon. There was a long queue of people and VIPs with guns at the Merrill Lynch Hotel next door early in the morning
The bathroom and closet were huge!! We even had two balconies. The bed was extremely comfortable, we got robes and slippers. The location was safe, and close to several things
The staff was so very helpful - they gave us recommendations for dinner and arranged for a car to take us to the airport (same price as a taxi, but so much more comfortable)

It’s our 6th time to stay here and still the service of their staff never changed special mention to Laura at the reception. She really did her best to give us the corner room we requested
Fantastic hotel, staying in a family suite. 2 separate rooms created by easily opened dividing doors. Air con is great and much needed at this time of year. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again
The room was a good size, bright, and spotless. The linens were nice, making for a comfortable sleep. The location is convenient, close to Termini Station. The breakfast was good and tasty
We originally booked a standard double room, but the hotel kindly gave us one with a terrace, where my husband and I enjoyed some wine together
Before our trip, I inquired about possible honeymoon benefits, and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room
We spent a total of six nights here, which gave us a great opportunity to explore Rome thoroughly. The breakfast was by far the most satisfying part of our stay
Rome, Via Vittorio Veneto, 62, 00187 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Super satisfied! We forgot our valuables in the room and they kept them for us! ! ! !
The room is clean and tidy, the location is good, the security is good, the service attitude of the hotel staff is good, and the breakfast is also very good; the hotel facilities are relatively modern and comfortable, and the advancedness is relatively high
The housekeeping staff will take the money on the table as a tip, and will not take the initiative to replace the disposable items in the bathroom
The room is not very big, and there is no welcome fruit or dessert after booking for 5 nights. The view from the balcony room is also very bad
The reason for the 3 stars is that it is basically at the level of a 3-star hotel. Rome is just expensive and lousy
The French style is simple and generous, comfortable and fashionable, and the cost performance is relatively high; I am quite satisfied with the living experience; it is for your reference only
Rome, Via Liguria, 26/36, 00187 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
A very good hotel in the historical city centre! Very clean, very friendly staff. Good breakfast, nice bar.
This is such a great hotel! Boutique luxury and really well designed all around with rooftop pool, awesome gym (one of the coolest decor fitout I’ve seen all around the world) lovely restaurant with courtyard that really feels secluded and peaceful even though you’re in the city
Again, they did everything they could to assist us. We could not have asked for a more compassionate group of people to help us navigate what should have been a long awaited vacation. The rooms are absolutely stunning
This place gave us the best experience we’ve had staying with Marriott. I’m currently a titanium member with lifetime platinum status but I truly believe the staff treated each individual with class
The step at this hotel goes above and beyond to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible, and that you enjoy your stay and the city in an amazing way. When we arrived, my son was very sick
Oh and if you booked through Amex, your $100 credit can also be used on room service which also comes from the restaurant downstairs and was the perfect first dinner considering my extreme jet lag
Rome, Via Torino, 6, 00184 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Trams and several bus lines run nearby, making it easy to get around. Both the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, as well as many of Rome’s other popular attractions, are about a 15-20 minute walk away
The hotel is quite large, and the room we chose was very spacious and spotless, with daily housekeeping. It included everything we needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, and various toiletries (such as a shower cap and slippers)
The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which is very convenient if you arrive before check-in time or if your flight departs late in the evening
Overall the place felt very modern and comfortable, particularly for the rate and we were there during peak season. You even only need to walk just a few blocks for most of the main bus stops or metro lines
The room also had a desk, a safe, a television, a comfortable armchair, and a fairly large wardrobe. There was also a minibar and a kettle, with complimentary coffee sachets provided daily
Amenities included slippers, soap, shampoo, body wash, and body lotion, but no conditioner, toothbrush, or toothpaste. There was also a hot water kettle and tea bags

I had to make a last minute accommodation change due to an emergency at the place I was originally staying. I walked over to Bernini to see if there was a room available
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance
Soundproofing was excellent, making the stay very comfortable and quiet. As a high-tier member and having noted that we were celebrating a special occasion, the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room and upgraded us
It honestly felt like more than just a one-level upgrade and far exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, right in front of a subway station, making it very convenient to get to all major attractions
The only minor downside is that the hotel layout is a bit complex and takes some time to get used to. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next trip to Rome
Even when multiple taps were used at the same time, there was no drop in pressure or temperature. The hotel provided more than enough towels, and the heated towel rack warmed up quickly
We stayed in the economy room to begin with which was quite tiny. But then upgraded to a bigger room for €10 per night. It was totally worth it as it was much better. Location of the hotel is great, staff is friendly
Access to tourist attractions is good. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though I don't speak English well. I booked a queen room, but it was small for the price
There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It is a direct bus to the Vatican and Central Station. You can also walk to the Trevi Fountain, Santa Maria Basilica, and Piazza di Spagna
I thought I had booked a room with a bathtub, but unfortunately it didn't come with one. The shower head has few holes and is thin, making it difficult to wash
Excellent breakfast buffet, a large selection, compared to breakfasts in other hotels in Europe (where they offer only coffee and a croissant). Thank you for the wonderful hotel, we will be back with pleasure
All the staff were great! Especially breakfast staff Rene, Edgar, Debra and Alam, they made the morning breakfast a happy experience to start our day :)
To top it off the breakfast was fresh and delicious. tip, don’t use the coffee machines. ask for a dress made cappuccino etc from the waitresses
Wonderful! I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Rome. Love the service, cleanliness and location.Strongly recommended!
Absolute gem of a place only 300 metres from the railway station
I arrived very early for a two day stay (around 9:30 am) and the super friendly reception gave me an early check-in which on a rainy day in Rome was fantastic… the hotel has large rooms which are very quite, excellent bed and fantastic shower in both pressure and temperature which is hard to find in Rome centre
Enjoyed my stay at this 4 star hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Single room was spacious enough. Clean. Very close to the termini station for trains/metro/buses.
I slept well and would stay again, thank you.
Breakfast was pleasant enough with plenty of choice, although there wasn't much hot food if that's your preference. Staff were friendly and service was good
Amazing location, just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum. The price reflects the location, so don’t expect too much in terms of luxury, it’s simple and nothing fancy. Breakfast was quite good and included in my stay
I highly recommend checking out the rooftop bar, which offers a stunning view of the Colosseum at night. Parking is available, but only use it if your car isn’t too big, the old underground garage is very narrow
Overall the hotel is good. Breakfast a bit crowded if you go about 9am but if go earlier is better coz lacking of tables. One thing not really good is their sink water drain out is very slow. Others so far ok.
Perfect location for Colluseum. Roof top bar has an amazing view. Not overly priced like the court.
Staff are pleasant and helpful too.
Rooms are clean. A bit small but more than adequate for the two of us
Hotel is only few minutes walk from this incredible viewpoint. Highly recommend if you favour good location.
Compliments as well to Raffaele, the chef, for his delicious creations, and to Filippo from the restaurant, who made our dining moments enjoyable with his friendly and thoughtful service
