The staff was so very helpful - they gave us recommendations for dinner and arranged for a car to take us to the airport (same price as a taxi, but so much more comfortable)

Location in my opinion is unbeatable (Termini is not the greatest neighborhood but all of the big train stations are like this in Europe)

The hotel is new and in a great location, with a bus stop just a few steps away. The room also had good quality slippers (European hotels usually don't provide disposable ones)

Great hotel,in an amazing location, was located close to bus routes easy to get around. Was not in the middle of a lot of touristy stuff which would we really enjoyed. Wasn't extremely busy with people everywhere

We had three rooms however all varied in size and Facilities The rooms are generally clean and have traditional furniture and the rooms have been modified for air-conditioning The bathroom also are fairly large yet need more thought into the design

The flat screen TV was small 32 inch and needs to be updated. No tea coffee making facilities or an iron board The hotel has a grand ballroom with some lovely ornate work in the ceilings and lovely chandeliers

- The mini fridge in our room didn’t close so we didn’t use it during our visit. I would have liked to use it to stash some treats, but it was barely cold and wasn’t food safe

This is such a great hotel! Boutique luxury and really well designed all around with rooftop pool, awesome gym (one of the coolest decor fitout I’ve seen all around the world) lovely restaurant with courtyard that really feels secluded and peaceful even though you’re in the city
