A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming.
The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours. Also the breakfast time were very nice, polite and kind! Greetings to Barbara and all other member of team.

Always stay here for business and it has been my 3rd time.
Staff were nice and room was great.

The reason I'm rating this hotel a one star, is because we stayed in room 422 on August 5 -7 th 2025 ,my brother left his brand new leather jacket purchased in Florence, hanging in the closet ( we shared the room). We called on August 8 after we noticed we left the jacket behind, but we were told only a pair of sandals were left behind. Yes, they were trash and the trash bin was so little, I left them next to the 🗑️. But how sad that they didn't return the jacket. Don't leave your valuables behind, if you do, consider them taken, not lost, taken!

The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, and there's a large supermarket downstairs, perfect for buying delicious Italian pastries if you didn't order breakfast. The surrounding area is average, though it's a residential area. Our room faced the back street, so it wasn't noisy. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is chargeable.

The hotel is good rooms are but so big, ok view toward the city. Staff were very good and helpful especially Carlos he was so helpful and kind. Aminities were ok relatively not bad. Breakfast was ok, not the best but do the need.
Although i did not find much difficulties to find a parking, the availability was limited and i beleive it will be hard to park during the rush time. It was close to the city entrance more than the city center. Clean and room service and cleaning were very good.

There is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. This is very good. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs. But we can't ask them by Chinese standards, after all, their four-star rooms are at the level of home. Fortunately, there are free parking spaces around, just uphill from the supermarket. It is better to park your valuables in the lower parking lot inside the hotel.

Upon my arrival at the AC Genova Marriott, the front desk was extremely helpful, especially Laroslav.
I don't speak nary a word of Italian unfortunately. That didn't stop Laroslav from getting out a map and showing me the highlights of Genova, or the path to the beach from the hotel.
The room was clean, spacious, and quite nice.
I ate both a dinner and a breakfast in the restaurant, and found both meals quite palatable.
If I were to find one small fault to the AC Genova Marriott, it would be its location that is a bit of a distance from the center of Genova.
I would recommend the AC Marriott in Genova Italy.

Location is good, just a short distance from E80. We parked our car and used the local bus to go into town which was not only cost-effective but a big help with not having to drive in maze. You can park on the street for free or it’s $16/day. Fredericka was very helpful at check in & Alessandro assisted with points of interest which we enjoyed. The breakfast is very nice, thanks for a great stay. 😊

Nobody in the hotel was on the same page. You get different information and prices every time you ask. I got charged 3 different amounts for breakfast 3 different days. Free coffee in the lobby, but then bartender tries to ask for money 🤦🏻 not the biggest of deals, but it looks completely untrained and disorganized
The business area was closed for a private event, even the lobby restroom, so it was unavailable for the guests to use.
Tried to charge me extra at check out
2 massive busses parked in front of it, so loading/unloading is not an option
