Very poor Hotel Condition. more like a 2 star hotel.

Did not feel safe here at all.
The bed was like a rock. mattress had button type lumps all over it. Couldn't sleep at all.
Room stunk of some really strong chemical - I guess it was cleaning chemicals - but it was overpowering. Caused an asthma issue.
The front desk staff was very friendly however.
The room lacked any comfort. The TV did not work. The power outlets did not work.
The hotel advertised car parking but there isnt any - you have to leave your car in the train station car park which did not feel safe at all.

Perfect location, good assistance at reception, polite and respectful.
I would say, better don't book here Room, because Air Condition was broken, very small elevator for a max 1 Person and Breakfast was to poor. Only Good Look from a Window

Great location. Right next to train station. Also easy walk to the cruise terminal. Only problem was that air conditioning was not working properly.
Nice budget stay close to the Aquarium in Genova.
The receptionist was really helpful and friendly but this is, by far, the creepiest hotel I've ever stayed in.
