People who work on reseption is perfect ! They are really professional and polite ! Breakfast is perfect !
In my number we see a lot of dust in artificial flowers
We didn’t see disposable toothbrushes, drinking water, just in bottles in number
I understand that the hotel is not expensive, but my requirements are also very simple.

Excellent hotel with a superb location, close to Milan's main attractions. The staff were polite and very helpful. We arrived before 2 PM and they checked us in right away, understanding that we were very tired, and didn't charge us extra for it. A huge thank you, we had an amazing 24 hours at your hotel! And the room also had a beautiful balcony! 😍🤗

Excellent hotel, located near the Duomo square. Close to the metro. However, it was difficult to find the hotel; it's in a courtyard with no sign.

I had no complaints about the cleanliness.
The location isn't particularly great, but it's not far from the station and there's a supermarket nearby, so I'm generally satisfied.

The property is very good, convenient to public transportation (metro, overground bus, and suburban train), and there are numerous nearby amenities (groceries and other shops) given its central yet quiet location. The rooms are good, with the bare essentials that justify the very competitive price. If I were to return, I would definitely choose the Goldoni.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Carlo Goldoni! Even though my official check-in time was 14:00, I arrived early at 11:00, and the staff kindly accommodated me without any hassle. The service was friendly and professional, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. I truly appreciated the flexibility and warm hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Great hotel despite some bad reviews on booking. We had a pleasant stay.
Rooms are clean, toilet is clean. There is always staff doing cleaning in the hallway in the morning.Towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo was provided. There is air conditioner, great heating. Rooms are not very big but enough space for everything. There were bedside drawers, table, cupboard with hangers.
Reception service was great, everyone was kind and helpful. We were able to leave our bags before check in and after check out for a day. Although they were not stored in another room, I guess they were safe as there are CCTV cameras everywhere. We were provided with kettle upon our request.
Location is great, felt safe even at night. Easy to get to transport and to center.
Overall, everything was great and it’s an amazing place to stay in Milan on budget.

Good hotel not very far near the Milan Central railway station. It is reached by BUS and TRAM. Recommended
