The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of the metro station, 5-6 stops from the central terminal, a 15-minute metro ride. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast service; there's no fixed breakfast as mentioned in some reviews. There's a restaurant on the 7th floor with à la carte breakfast available; an omelet costs around 10 Euros, while an average breakfast costs 50-60 Euros. Contrary to reviews, there are no snacks, sweets, or surprises at the hotel. I chose this hotel for my daughter, but apart from the room's decor and pink lights, it was a disappointment. Moreover, I mentioned several times yesterday that my daughter was expecting surprises, but no sweets or marshmallows were left, yet no one cared. I would advise anyone choosing this hotel for a child not to raise their expectations based on reviews.

It was all so sweet; the shampoo and shower gel were macaron and chocolate scented, the hallway was littered with sweet gummies, and even the handbags in the room were filled with marshmallows. The whole place had smart lighting controls, and the pink color scheme might not be suitable for most people. It rained heavily the night I checked in, causing a short circuit and frequent power outages in the room. There were also many leaky service staff in the hallway. They need to deal with this quickly.

The hotel is located on a street, and the noise from passing cars on the cobblestone street below is extremely loud. The hotel's soundproofing may be poor; on the first day of my stay, I could hear people talking downstairs, which disturbed my rest. I noted that I needed a quiet room when booking, but they assigned me the lowest floor, the 3rd floor. Those who value rest should book with caution.
I left at 8:30 AM and returned at 1:30 PM to rest. There was no cleaning. When I left at 3 PM, I asked the front desk to clean, but they said the cleaning staff didn't start until 8 PM and told us to check back around that time.

The hotel is located next to Milan Cathedral, with the subway entrance downstairs, making it very convenient to travel. All the attractions worth seeing in Milan are nearby and can be reached on foot.
The room is well soundproofed. Although the music on the street is played until late, it does not affect the rest. It is worth mentioning that the hair dryer is Dyson, which is very rare. The last time a hotel used Dyson was in Shanghai Disney Hotel, and the price was much more expensive than here.
Breakfast is on the roof, which is a good angle to take pictures of the church. Don't miss it!

I stayed here just a couple of weeks after it opened. It looks exactly like the pictures - finished to a high standard, with fun decor, great in-room amenities and nice touches like lots of complimentary sweets and chocolates! It was so centrally located and quiet inside. It's a perfect base for exploring Milan. The staff are lovely - very attentive and friendly. The rooftop terrace is great too.
