Bianca Maria Palace Hotel in Milan

Room was on the small side for double bed 2x occupancy with a small shower.
Location is nice. The hotel smells clean all the time.
You can sometimes hear noises/voices from outside or around. Mattress was very good.
Breakfast was pretty good.
The hotel staff are very helpful, they booked several taxis for us

Great location. Right beside Tricolore Metro, straight from the airport. 20 minute walk to Duomo Cathedral. Courtesy water fountain at reception would be nice. But all in all a good hotel for a short stay.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to speaking English. Location is walkable to city attractions and metro. Close to many restaurants and shops.

Great property but location is away from key attractions

Very central, cute but quiet hotel. We slept excellent in the cozy beds and dark, well air-conditioned and quiet rooms, eventhough I am not a good sleeper. Rooms are small but all you need for a city trip, bath room is modern with plenty of space for your shampoo, make up etc. has a shower/bath tub and bidet. Gym has excellent modern expensive techno gym equipment and wasn’t really used by other guests. Towels weren’t available at the gym which would be great and the water tank was empty unfortunately. Service was excellent with all our requests, parking did cost 30€ per night but was available with valet parking + help carrying our luggage. When we needed something from the car, the concierge brought us to the car in the garage and let us grab it. Breakfast choice was also good, maybe a bit better bread could be provided. Breakfast room was beautiful also with a terrace. Location was super close from tourist attractions yet not croweded with many good restaurants in walking distance. We loved it and will def. Book again if we visit Milan again.

One of the best hotels in have been to in all Italy so far and I been to Italy 3 times. Not much in entertainment in the area but only an hour from Como.

Highlights: Extremely clean, very friendly and exceptionally professional. Breakfast was generous and high quality. The rooms were quiet and largely insulated from street noise. A bit far away from the tourist and business centers of the city, but the tradeoff was well worth it for peace and convenience.

Our family stayed at the Bianca Maria Palace in late May of 2025. We chose the "Deluxe Family Suite, which was actually a double and a triple connected through a private corridor. We visited Milan as tourists, with plans to visit the major sites.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, and our experience was very positive. Even before checking in, the communication with the staff was easy and helpful. They set up the rooms in the configuration we asked for, and even worked with us when the credit card I'd used to book expired before check in. They emailed me rather than just cancelling the reservation.

The rooms were clean and well-furnished. The beds were firm, but comfortable. It was clear that they'd invested in soundproofing. Obviously, it's impossible to cut out all street noise, but they did very well. The major outside noise we heard (3 stories up) was the trolley that ran by one corner of the building, and it was still muffled. The hotel is in a semi-residential area about a 20 minute walk from the Duomo (through some narrow streets but decent neighborhoods). If you want to stay in the heart of things, this may not be the hotel for you, but I'd gladly trade a few uber/trolley rides and longer walks for the quiet and quality of the stay.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and spoke fluent English. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Taxi rides to Milano Centrale were less than 20 Euro (about 35 for my family, which needed an uber van to fit all of us). The rides to/from the Sforza castle/Last Supper/Navigli areas were a bit more.

Overall, an easy five-star rating to give, with a strong recommendation, especially given the reasonable price we paid.

Very good hotel: cozy rooms, cool friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts. The hotel location is convenient - 20 minutes walk to the Duomo, there are many good restaurants and cafes around. The only minus is that they did not put water and there was no kettle, only a coffee machine, but these are trifles.

A great option if you want to be in a central yet quiet area in Milan. Rooms are very comfortable and the staff is lovely and professional.
