Vico Milano in Milan

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Vico Milano, this was our first stay at this hotel and we are already planning a return trip next year. Service is exceptional, before we arrived I had some queries regarding restaurants etc and Roberta & Luciano could not have been more helpful, this was mirrored by our warm welcome and constant attention throughout our stay for which we were very grateful. The property is beautiful, just 7 rooms in a converted building in a courtyard, we stayed in a luxury suite which was gorgeous and we found it to be very good value compared to other larger hotels we have stayed in before in Milan. Breakfast was included in our rate and we were looked after by the wonderful Veronica every day, she was mistress of the kitchen and dining room and juggled everything perfectly with grace, whilst delivering an abundance of tasty dishes. We ate in The Speakeasy one evening, sitting where we could see chef at work which was a treat. Food was magnificent! Service by John / Nico excellent. We would highly recommend this establishment.

Vico Milano is an absolute gem - a tiny, beautifully designed boutique hotel 15 minutes walk from the Duomo. We were lucky enough to be able to eat in the newly opened restaurant - and would highly recommend it. The food and service were excellent. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful boutique hotel, loved the careful attention to detail and overall comfort. Excellent airconditioning (difficult to find in Europe), amenities, and lovely staff. Please note the small size of the hotel (7 rooms only) and the fact that it is not staffed at night - I would recommend this hotel for the experienced and leisurely traveler who does not need constant service.

Beautiful, unique hotel situated within a quiet courtyard. I felt like I was walking through a secret passage from the busy streets of Milano. Truly a gem with an incredible staff and thoughtfully curated decor. Aesop and Dyson amenities, comfortable and quiet rooms, and a delicious breakfast. The entire staff is very kind and had great recommendations. Roberta took the initiative to ensure I had breakfast to-go on the day I had an early tour. Highly recommended!

Exceptional hotel and service! Beautifully designed and very personable. Located in Navigli district, away from crowds and yet an easy walk to the Duomo and other attractions. There are many restaurants near by but you can also walk to the canals and have a meal among locals and be part of Navigli' charming and lively nightlife scene. We'll be back!

Upscale B&B in a beautifully converted building with very attentive personal service. Only 15 mins walk to the Duomo and 5 mins to Navigli.

The details are beautiful, thoughtful and thorough - with comfort in mind. The rare boutique hotel that fulfills its mission in providing a unique and memorable stay. Service is warm and very responsive. Location is excellent - away from the tourist center but an easy walk to see the sights. Highly recommend and will return. Please note that there are stairs.

We have stayed at the sister property Castello Di Vicarello 3 times and love it so much we decided to stay at Vico on this trip while in Milan. We couldn’t have been happier. The property is very unique and staff is beyond friendly and helpful. There are only 7 suites so the staff is so accommodating. The room is perfect with entry and bath down stairs and bed upstairs. Location is one of the best in Milan. It feels more local but only a short walk from all the attractions in Milan. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough. We will be back on our next trip.

My wife and I recently stayed at Vico Milano, and while many reviews point out the charm of the place, the luxury, the unique and curated decor -- all of which are true and live up to the hype -- we want to be sure the staff get their due. We stayed at Vico only 2 of our 10 nights traveling across Italy, but they will be our most memorable because of the hospitality they provided and experiences they helped create. It's a small, intimate place, with a small staff, and each went well above our high expectations.

Getting Malik behind the bar was an extra treat. He makes the best negronis in Italy and introduced us to new twists on cocktails and apertivos that we'll be using regularly from now on.
