Great location near Milano Central Station. The room was small but comfortable, very convenient to travel around Milan

You enter the hotel by pressing the buzzer on the first floor of the building. It's safe from a security standpoint, but the entrance was hard to find.
You have to ask for a toothbrush. There were no indoor slippers or pajamas, so you need to carry them with you.

The biggest advantage is that it is very close to the train station and subway, making it convenient for travel.

The location is very convenient, just opposite the Central Station. Going downstairs and across the street is the entrance to the subway station. The hotel is easy to find. There is food downstairs. The room is clean and the hot water is fast. It is suitable for business trips.

The hotel is on the first floor of a building. The sign is not obvious, so it is difficult to find the first time you go. Fortunately, it gets dark very late in Europe in the summer, so it was still bright when I returned to the hotel and walked into the alley after dinner. Although the entrance is hard to find, the hotel is very close to Milan Central Station, and supermarkets, restaurants, etc. are also very convenient nearby. The hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk, which is inconvenient if you arrive late at night or leave early.

Very convenient location, just 5 mins away from the milano centrale station, but service was a bit lacking. The counter has informed us that we could check out at 8am, but there was no one at the counter at 8:30am

It sucks. The air conditioner in the hotel is not good, it is almost hot to death! It's really inconvenient that the front desk is not 24 hours a day. Worst hotel on a trip

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner
