The hotel environment is great, and the front desk staff are fluent in English and provide attentive service. You can take bus 81 directly to and from the hotel and Milan Central Station. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk, and they even offer free coffee! There are also many small restaurants and Asian eateries nearby.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Conveniently located (10 minutes to the metro), with markets and cafes nearby. Special thanks for the room cleaning—everything was very clean! Overall, definitely recommended.

It’s a nice modern hotel not too far from the city centre easily accessible by 2 different metro lines.

Viara was amazing she helped me check in early like 6am. She also gave me a small snack.
Oskana the owner was a doll. She offered me water and to help call a car since I was leaving super early.

Beautifully kept, spotlessly clean hotel with lots of really thoughtful touches and super-helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in the Sky Suite and it was perfect, with the biggest wet room shower I think I have ever seen! Face cloths, hand towels and bath towels provided, controllable room heating/cooling,a fridge with free (yes, free) water/coke/couple of beers. We were day-tripping by train every day from Milano Centrale station and the staff called taxis for us within minutes every morning. In a peaceful (if there can be such a thing in Milan!), established residential street with little traffic and very few pedestrians. Room key activates gates and staff are on duty in reception until around 2300.

Had a perfect stay at this hotel.
The reception was neat and nice. Really liked how clean everything was.
The room was nice and we really liked the bathroom. Enough space.
But most of all the really helpful personnel.
Very friendly and welcoming.
