B&B Hotel Milano Sant'Ambrogio in Milan

This was the perfect hotel for our stay in Milan. Reasonably priced and clean. It located about a 6 minute walk from the metro and is 20 minutes from the airport. When I made a mistake with my booking dates, they were super accommodating and able to help me change them. We were also provided a crib for our baby. There is a very pretty terrace and the front desk staff were very pleasant. Highly recommend!

I loved this hotel !!! Omg the linen and beds and pillows were just so comfy and beautiful!!! It should have 4 stars!!!! I had such beautiful sleeps !! Really quiet and everyone was so nice and the wine was cheap!!!! The breakfast was beautiful and everything you needed ! You won’t be disappointed and right in the heart of the centre of historic beauty like the Duomo !!!! 😍🥰😍🥰 10 stars from me

The location was very close to both the metro and the main attractions. It was a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing place to stay. The neighborhood was also calm and pleasant. The staff were friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. We also liked that the rooms were accessed with a passcode. If I visit again, I would definitely choose the same hotel.

We had a wonderful stay overall, made even more special by being upgraded to a terrace room. The view was absolutely stunning, and being able to watch and listen to the bell tower really added to the atmosphere.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They were always happy to help, especially when arranging taxis, which typically arrived within just a couple of minutes—very convenient.

The location is great, with about a 25-minute walk to both the canals and the Duomo, making it easy to explore the city.

Our room was clean and comfortable, with a decent-sized fridge which was a nice bonus. However, on our last night, we did notice some ants near the door inside the room, which was a bit disappointing.

One downside was the lack of power outlets—there was only one socket in the room, and no plugs or USB ports near the bed, which made charging devices inconvenient.

Breakfast was fairly standard with typical continental options, but the fresh orange juice machine was a lovely touch and definitely a highlight.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a few minor issues.

Direct train from Malpensa airport to cardona station, then a 10-15 min walk.Walking from cardona station with lots of luggage can be difficult. The distance is close enough but the cobble stone streets make it very difficult to traverse especially with cobblestone floors.

The hotel allowed me early check in because my room was ready which was great after a long flight. The hotel has about 9 stairs at the entrance. Again if you have heavy luggage this may be problematic for you.

Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfy and aircond was good. They even had a mini fridge. I think was a good size. They have two small bottles of complementary water.

Very weird the room didn’t have any tissues. And it lacks powerpoints. I only had access to one.

Staff was a bit of hit or miss, Maria was super helpful and friendly but the other staff I encountered were not so much. Cleaning staff I had encountered were not friendly at all.

The hotel is close to Sant ambrogio metro and you can reach the city center pretty easily. There is an elevator from street level down to M4 line and then M4 is connected to M2. M2 has an elevator from turnstile level to platform. M2 is the line to central station. Beware lifts can break down so check if you have luggage, there are no escalators down to the platform so you will be stuck with stairs if lift is not working.

Room was not very sound proof. And as the hotel is next to an old church, you may get waken with church bells in the morning. It didn’t bother me but FYI.

Close to a PAM supermarket and bakeries.

I think convenient and the stay was nice. Would come again.

It's very clean, the cleaning is timely, and the breakfast bought at the front desk is also very cost-effective. There is a prison next to the hotel, and police cars often pass by for patrol, which looks quite safe🌚

Everything is correct

The location is close to a metro station. It's a very quiet area, but the main attractions are within easy walking distance. So you can sleep peacefully while still enjoying the sights. The reception is very polite and helpful. The beds are a bit too hard, but that's a matter of taste. Otherwise, it's very clean and spacious for two people. Definitely recommended.
