Not friendly for the visitors walk from metro that no route for walker hand heavy luggage.
The reception staff was useless in my experience; I specifically asked not to have an alarm set and the next morning I was woken up at 06:00. I was late for dinner by 30 minutes, as the reception staff gave me the wrong time for a set group dinner, which meant that I had to eat old food, which was warmed up in the microwave. In the morning at breakfast the staff had a very negative attitude and I wasn't able to get what I ordered, I ended up having to leave without breakfast. The room was claustrophobic and really dirty, with dirt marks all over the walls. Many things were broken and bitten up by time. There's neither heating, nor air conditioning, just a plain fan. This room should be a storage room, not an expensive hotel room.
