This hotel does not allow me to cancel my booking even though my flight to Europe got cancel in view of the tension ongoing in Middle East area, all my other hotel at Venice, Rome and Florence, even Switzerland and London allow me for free cancellation although I book under nonrefundable
And the hotel service attitude is very bad, speak very impolite and hang off my phone

I stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved the place. What matters most to me when choosing accommodation is room temperature (I’m very sensitive to the cold), the mattress, security, and of course cleanliness. This apartment was a perfect 10/10 and met all my expectations.

The temperature control worked very well, the bed was comfortable, and the apartment felt extremely secure with multiple locks. On top of that, the place is beautiful.

Stefano is a wonderful host! He’s warm, friendly, helpful, and very responsive. I had a truly pleasant stay. Thank you so much, Stefano. I’m really glad we found your place. Grazie! We hope to stay here again when we are back in Milan.

Stephano was a wonderful, accommodating host who was a great communicator. The room was clean, and the bathroom with a balcony was very nice. The location of this hotel can't be beat- it's a very quick walk to a few metro trains and busses, and we were able to shop and find great food all within a block or two of the hotel. We would love to stay here again for a longer period of time next time we are in Milan!

The location is pretty good, a five or six-minute walk from the subway station, and about half an hour to the cathedral. The landlord is quite handsome (and he owns more than one property...), and he provides a map and information about the surrounding area. The room was also quite clean (although I ended up using the disposable bedding provided). Overall, I was satisfied.

Though the place was a bit easy to miss and no one answered the door bell despite telling them what time we will be arriving via Trip operator. It was a wonderful stay.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was very much appreciated by Japanese people who like cleanliness, and I would recommend it. The attentive hospitality service and the three locks on the front door, the hotel door, and the room door made me feel safe.
