Cute!
This converted house is very cute! The pictures are different than the property, but it was still cute! Very nice host and great location next to I Navigli.

A little out of the way from central Milan but kind of worth it. It was such a nice little apartment with a full kitchen, living room, and loft bedroom. The concept was so cool and liked that they offered more information on all the decor. I wish we had stayed there longer as it was super cute and comfortable. Check in was a little confusing but the owner does spell it out for you so just pay attention to the directions.

Uh, what about the hotel? Frankly speaking, it's OK. The facilities are relatively new, but the owner wants people to check out at 10 o'clock, but the check-in time is 2:30 in the afternoon. At nine o'clock in the morning, someone sent me a text message on WhatsApp asking me when I would leave the hotel. What the hell, why are you rushing me? Someone knocked on my door at ten o'clock, and at half past ten they let the workers into my room to clean, ****! ! ! When I left, he asked me if I had used the minibar. Like a thief. **It's not because of the business trip, I really want to quarrel with her. **, you act as if Milan is more developed than Shanghai! Negative reviews

The Experience & Design Suite is splendid.
The accommodation is very spacious for 2 people.
It is very bright and well-kept.
Everything is nearby: Metro and tram to the city center.
If you want lunch or dinner, several pastry shops and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away.
The manager, Cristina, is adorable. I highly recommend her 😉

This apartment was very interesting and well appointed. Built into the vaulted part of the ceiling of the building, lighting was through skylights more than windows. it was a great experience. Christina was very helpful with the check-in as well.,

Very nice room and quite comfy. Love the curtain blackout system. The host is very responsive and accomodating. It's in a great area. Would definitely recommend.

The good: The location is very good, and the floor to ceiling blinds are excellent. The room was really dark, which was great for sleeping. The bad: Cristina was not there when we arrived, so she walked us through the lockbox to get our keys. We got in and got into our room... But the room didn't lock. We went out to grab food and had to leave our room unlocked (although the apartment as a whole does lock). When we got back, we messaged her to ask if there was something we weren't understanding. She kept insisting that the door does lock. Finally, we noticed our key ring - the keys in the lockbox she directed us to - were in fact for the only other room. We even checked, and yes, the key turned in the other lock. No one was there at the time, thank goodness, although clearly the room was occupied. So yes, she gave us the keys to someone else's room and then did not give us the correct keys to lock our own room. She again walked us through the lockboxes - this time sending us to the right one - but honestly the whole situation was bizarre. This feels like an enormous safety issue. I would also note this is much more like an Airbnb, for all that it's listed on hotel platforms.
