The hotel is perfectly located: 3 min to main train station, 7 min to airport express bus. But in the same time the street seems quiet and I felt safe there even at night. The reception is 24 hours and the staff is very friendly.
The room is clean, but the interior is outdated in my opinion. The water pressure is good. The only problem I had is that AC remote didn’t work, and I had to open the window to get some air.

If you want to be woken up at 6 am and to sleep on a bed that feels like a slab of stone, then this is your hotel…. The walls are so paper thin, everything sounds like it’s coming from inside your room, and the fact that the cleaning staff is INCREDIBLY LOUD at 8 am does not help.
The bed is very, very uncomfortable (except for the pillows. Those were good) and the entire room is just incredibly outdated, with a tiny TV with only satellite channels. The lobby is quite pretty so it honestly feels like travelling back 60 years when you hop on the elevator to go to the rooms.
The bathroom is the only thing that has been somewhat renovated, but the shower is ridiculously small even for a small person like me.
Overall, not happy. Had we have to stay longer than 2 nights, we would have definitely changed hotels.
Location is good, but not worth the fact that you are running on a few hours of shitty sleep all day.

Hotel is within 5min walk to metro station and to Milano central train station. Room is comfortable, clean shower room. Spacious for one person, come with table and tv. Lots of eateries for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Pros: Private bathroom which was neat and clean. Hotel has an elevator. Reception staff available 24/7. Location is good, walking distance to the central Milan train station. Wifi available at no extra charge.
Cons: Beds incredibly uncomfortable. No laundry services or airport shuttle (despite the listing on booking.com). The rooms have air con but have been disabled for the months Sept through to May. Windows can be open, however the street noise is so loud it's impossible to sleep. And lastly, apparently this fridge counts as a mini bar - see pic!
For roughly €280 per night, I wouldn't stay here again, plenty of other options in the area.

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner

Close to Milano Centrale and very reasonably priced. The owners are lovely and accommodating and the rooms are safe, clean and quiet.
