This was a great place to stay in Milan. Steps away from bus number 81 an easy ride to get to the metro for the Duomo & an easy metro ride to the Lampuguano bus & metro station. The room was spotless & comfortable & the breakfast was fantastic!

Excellent staff! The reception and breakfast teams were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We were also thrilled with the daily room service (cleaning, fresh towels) provided without asking.

The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and had nice coffee. Location is great: very central, near the main station, with a bus stop right on the corner.

The only drawbacks were the uncomfortably small shower (too little space for proper movement) and that not having a physical key was occasionally inconvenient when sharing the room with friends.

I booked this hotel and our flight was delayed. As stated on the description we tried to contact them during their check in times to inform them we would arrive late. The number provided was incorrect so we couldn’t contact them. We were left stuck in Milan at early hours of morning after arriving at the hotel to find nobody there. We tried the number from google with no response also. I’ve never had issues with any other hotel with arriving at awkward times and never heard of a hotel with no front desk or way to contact them at night. I’ve stayed at larger and smaller hotels and never had this issue. We missed a whole day out of our trip because we couldn’t get hold of the hotel. Unfortunately we spent most of our first day sleeping at a different hotel because of this issue. Trip.com were no help in getting a refund after their advisor told me we would get one through the chat support option. So we ended hp spending an extra £400 on another hotel.

The room looks like redecorated from a roof top warehouse. The roof top is low and the room is really small.
Toliet is separated and we need to cross the corridor, which will pass others' room, weird setting.
Since it is a restaurant, very noisy and can hear everything even we are in 2nd floor.
No elevator.
Breakfast included but only limited choice.

There is a bus stop right in front of the main street, making it convenient for going to Milan Central Station and Piazza Duomo. The exterior looks like a stylish private house, so if you don't pay attention to the signboard, you'll easily miss it. There are no issues with the cleanliness of the room or the customer service.
