bed sheets and pillow cases had dirty spots, and some holes. There were hair of the cleaning staff as well on the bed and in the sink. The pillows were not comfortable as they seemed over used. It was hard to sleep without disruption as you could hear your neighbours behind the wall clearly. Also I don't know if it's a reason in the hotel or another italian food but I had a food poisoning and in the hospital atm back home. But the plates in the main restaurant weren't properly cleaned and had some food left. I used paper tissues to wipe it.

The location is excellent, especially as it's very close to Chinatown. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed at this past summer, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had for the price. Upon arrival, we found mould in the bathroom, which was a major concern for us. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, they seemed unconcerned, and no real apology. Although they changed our room, we checked the new bathroom, and there was mould there as well. It wasn’t until the third room that we finally found one that seemed relatively cleaner.

Additionally, the breakfast provided was disappointing—it didn’t meet our expectations considering the price of the stay.

I had hoped for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience, especially for what we paid, but unfortunately, the lack of attention to cleanliness and overall quality was a significant letdown. I hope the hotel can take this feedback seriously and improve on these issues.

Very good location, directly opposite a supermarket and 3 mins walk to the nearest metro station. Very good service and good food. Rooms are quite spacious and clean.

Nice location, very kind staff but a tiny bedroom, very small bed, not a perfect bathroom and a half destroyed iron provided. No wonder I was not asked how was my stay when I checked out.
