Hotel Molise 2 in Milan

NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. They scam you and give you a different room than you pay for. Tonight 24/Oct to 25/Oct I paid for twin bedroom and when I arrived they gave me a single bed to share with my friend. The front desk was rude and unhelpful, we politely asked for help, even an extra mattress but he was rude and didn't try anything to make up for the situation. He acted like it wasn't their fault so it's clearly a scam. I DONT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE. IT WILL RUIN YOUR VACATION. STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!!

Cleanliness and proximity to the bus stop is OK. The breakfast selection is extremely small and it is not replenished, so if you do not arrive exactly at 7 am (when the kitchen opens), you will often find empty plates. Eggs are often not cooked and are literally raw, if you wait for them. They only offer a few croissants and small cakes. We also had the inconvenience of waiting for a long time in front of the hotel behind the locked door outside, because the receptionists were probably sleeping and did not open the door. We persistently knocked on the door, then called them on the phone, and we waited a long time until we woke them up. Otherwise, the area where the hotel is located is very problematic because there are dangerous people who rob tourists (public transport lines number 91 and 90) A terrible experience. The hotel as a hotel is not bad at all, except that it is not isolated so you can hear every noise from the neighborhood, but these things spoiled the overall impression and I cannot recommend it, unfortunately.
