Beautiful rooms, in a useful location close to the centre of Milan. Food at breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of high quality. The Spa was an added bonus, a calming and relaxing place to spend time.

Service throughout the hotel was friendly, efficient and warm - which made our stay extra special.

A very nice hotel in a grand old château. It's not very large, so the atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. Located a bit outside the city center, it still has excellent connections to downtown and Linate Airport. The best way to get to the city center is by the vintage tram, for example, line 19. For Linate Airport, the metro station is right outside the hotel; alternatively, you can take a taxi to the airport at a very reasonable price. The hotel was completely renovated a few years ago with great care and style. The interior design is somewhat whimsical in places, but we really liked it in every respect, as it complements the old building. The beds are very comfortable. Cleanliness is excellent. Even in the rooms facing the street, the very good soundproofing of the windows meant there was no disturbing noise. We recommend a room with a balcony. The breakfast is very good and served in a refined atmosphere. The restaurant was good, though not exceptional; the table settings were lovely and the food was presented with care. They also have a good selection of wines. There are several pleasant restaurants nearby (e.g., Hostaria Mediteranneum). All in all, a very pleasant stay.

All amenities were great and rooms were good, just that the location is near a subway station, and staying on the first floor, the subway could be heard everytime. Gym was quite small too.

Nice 5-star hotel with a unique and somewhat whimsical, fairytale-like style. I stayed here for the second time recently, and while the decor can be a bit over the top, the overall experience is solid. The location isn’t right in the center, but it’s still fairly central and well-connected, making it convenient enough for exploring Milan without being in the middle of the crowds.

Service is consistently good, and the staff are professional and helpful. The hotel has a spa, which is decent—not extraordinary, but a nice extra. I didn’t try the restaurant or breakfast, so I can’t comment on that part.

One downside is the room layout, which can be a bit awkward, and the rooms themselves are on the smaller side—even the upgraded room we stayed in felt quite compact. Still, it’s quiet, clean, and offers a level of comfort and service that makes it a good option if you’re looking for a more affordable five-star stay in Milan. I’d recommend it for travelers who want a touch of luxury without the price tag of the city’s top-tier hotels.

This hotel was incredibly fancy and high-end — perfect for anyone who enjoys a luxury experience. The rooms were small but beautifully designed and very comfortable, with a bathroom that was elegant and high-end. The staff were exceptional — warm, professional, and genuinely kind. A special mention goes to Siad, our favourite staff member, who made our mornings at breakfast extra special. The receptionist was also fantastic and very welcoming. The location was ideal, close to great shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for a stylish and memorable stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay – the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were kind and welcoming. It really felt like staying in a castle. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had at a hotel – high-quality ingredients, a great selection, and proper coffee (no machine!), which I truly appreciated.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was quiet and perfectly dark at night, so we slept really well. We also loved the elegant details like the bidet and the twice-daily housekeeping – everything was clean, calm, and carefully thought out.
Thank you for creating such a magical and relaxing experience – we would love to come back!

Coming from 4 star in Lake Como this hotel is definitely worthy of 5 star. From the moment you walk in. High end area and staff also very friendly.

The room are nice especially superior with the balcony. Very quiet. They offer you water all the time.

Breakfast is worth it! Actually a bargain.
