Good location, near milan central station.
Room was a bit small, but normal size in Europe. The bed was firm and comfortable (I prefer firm bed more than soft bed). But the service needs to improve, the receptionists were unwelcoming!

Nice hotel located right in the city centre. The room was small but fine for only a short weekend trip. Breakfast was okay but limited buffet options were available. Staff were friendly and accommodating

The food was nice and the staff- very kind.

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner

Close to Milano Centrale and very reasonably priced. The owners are lovely and accommodating and the rooms are safe, clean and quiet.
