Immaculately clean, with very welcoming staff who did everything possible to accommodate me, in a very convenient location (5 minutes walk from central station) on a street with plenty of places to eat and drink.
My room was a little old fashioned and the bed wasn't the most comfortable but the bathroom had been recently renovated to a very high standard and everything was kept lovely and clean. Very quiet and safe feeling too.
Reasonably priced for its location and amenities.

The room is clean, the staff are so kind especially Angela at the reciption ,and it's near the central!!

The location was excellent; however, the service was not very accommodating, and there was also a leak in the restroom. Overall, it did not feel worth the cost.

Just what you need for a budget stay. Quite noisy in the corridors of the hotel when people are coming and going, which is to be expected.

No tea or coffee in the rooms, or a kettle. There is a very tiny bar downstairs near reception, we didn’t use it but I know they sell water and other drinks.

Hotel is within walking distance to everything you need, including transport links.

Overall, would come back again.

There is only air conditioning, a hair dryer and shampoo, but it's fine for the price.

The staff were great. It was in an ideal location as close to the station and about a 40 minute walk to the Duomo. Would definitely stay here again when in the city :)

The Hotel was ok, next to Central Station. But it was overprieced (like Milano generally is).

2 star hotel, very close to the central station. They are honest, and that only would be enough. Ok rooms for the price, but try avoid the ground floor. They have a small bar, but don’t serve breakfasts, and make you pay even for printouts. Open 24 hours

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner

Close to Milano Centrale and very reasonably priced. The owners are lovely and accommodating and the rooms are safe, clean and quiet.
