A lovely small clean discrete boutique/business type hotel close to Milano Centrale- 7-10min walk. Nice restaurants and a Michelin star bistro opposite where locals visit on w/e- very cool place. The hotel room was spacious and clean. Good bathroom and decent amenities. Staff around in morning to provide a nice continental breakfast to room and deal with any queries/payments. It is mainly self service but staff at hand (via WhatsApp). A nice lounge area with tea/coffee, fruit and snacks. Also balcony to room to rest with a drink. Rooms not contemporary but had the local feel. Very good price. Will definitely come back!

Spotless clean room, very convenient location - close by Central station. Loved a breakfast to be delivered to a room.
Thank you for a very bespoke approach and I will definitely come back once I visit Milano next time.

The air condition is not working. All night we didn’t get to sleep properly cause it’s very hot inside the room.

We had an amazing time at M2M! The room was clean, spacious and had a nice terrace with a view. They served really good breakfast as well (freshly squeezed orange juice!). The staff was friendly and location top-notch (walkable from Milan station)

Flavia and Sylvie were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Having breakfast served to your room each morning was actually a lovely touch.
Rooms were spotless and air con efficient!
Overall we would stay again.

Located a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, the property has no stairs and allows for easy luggage pushing; there are many delicious pizza restaurants nearby; it can be a bit noisy at night, but considering the location, size, and value for money, it's excellent. Overall, the guesthouse was quite safe, and the two Italian female staff members at the front desk were very friendly and easygoing. A pleasant stay!

The location is very good. It's just a few minutes' walk to the central station and the subway station. The front desk is very friendly. There are many restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is very beautiful.

Great place to stay in Milan.
The stay was great. We left our luggage while exploring Milan and the staff were very helpful with this. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this place. 10 minute taxi ride to the square. 10 minute walk to the train station.

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner
