Good staff and clean room. Overall good experience
A pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning. The location was very close to the central station and had a convenience store around the corner. For the price, it was a good value for money.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Management STOLE over 100 euro from us, charging us twice for one room and refusing to refund us. We prepaid for our room online back in February, one week before our stay, but when we arrived one of the members of the group forgot their credit card. Even though we had proof via email confirmation that we had already paid for the room, the manager made us pay IN FULL for the room for a SECOND time on a SECOND card. They said that if we cancelled the payment on the original card once we had returned home, they would cancel the additional charge. I corresponded with them over email and telephone, and they said that they stated in writing that they would refund us for the additional charge. I have now emailed them every month since returning back to the United States asking for them to refund the duplicated charge. They have ignored all of my emails since they stated that they would refund my card. Besides that horrific payment scam, staying here was the most awful experience. There was blood spatter on our floor when we walked in, the room smelled like mold, the mattress and sheets were stained. Our room (connected to the fire escape) had a french door that wouldn't lock, or even close. As three young women in our early 20s, we were terrified as Milan is a big city, so we stayed up the entire night, sleeping in our close, laying on top of the sheets as they were too dirty to sleep in. Don't stay here, I regret doing it.

The location is perfect, the train station and subway station are very easy to access as well as restaurants and stores. The street didn't feel that safe though, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend walking alone at night. The staff was very friendly except the gentleman at the reception. The entire hotel was very clean, including the rooms but it would definitely need an upgrade machine wise. We had a hard time using the elevator because the buttons didn't really work. The breakfast was great, they had a big selection of fresh food, juices and coffees. My only complaint is the noise. Every time someone takes a shower or uses the toilet in the neighbour rooms it's like they were using it right next to you, it's very very loud, so if you plan on staying here and you are sensitive to noise I'd reccomend you bring earplugs. :)
Overall, I think this hotel is great and very reasonably priced. It's not a 5 star hotel and you should not expect it to be for this price.

The food was nice and the staff- very kind.

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner

Close to Milano Centrale and very reasonably priced. The owners are lovely and accommodating and the rooms are safe, clean and quiet.
