The rooms were in very bad condition and had a strong, unpleasant smell. There were no plug points at all on the ground floor, which made it really difficult to charge our devices. The place was also full of mosquitoes, and we couldn’t sleep the entire night. We could easily hear noise from outside, making the stay even worse. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not choose this hotel again

The area was very nice and close to the city center. Overall, the hotel was clean, the dining area was also tidy, and the ladies working in the dining room were very friendly. The housekeeping staff were absolutely wonderful – very friendly, attentive, and always made sure the rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable.
We checked in around 1 a.m., completely soaked to the skin after being caught in the rain. At the reception, we were greeted by an extremely incompetent staff member who charged us twice for the room, despite us explaining the situation twice in detail. There was a total lack of interest or respect towards us.

The receptionist tried to convince us that the payment we made via Booking.com was “just a card pre-authorization,” even though we showed clear proof from both our bank account and our Booking account confirming the payment. Nevertheless, he insisted we had to pay another almost €300, making sarcastic jokes about us being “surprised we have to pay for a hotel room.” Well, no wonder we were surprised — we had already paid for it once!

On the last day, we were informed by another receptionist that “apparently” the money had been refunded. What would have happened if we hadn’t had enough savings to pay again? Would we have been left with nowhere to stay because the staff doesn’t know how to handle payments made via Booking.com?

Additionally, there was no heating in the room, extreme dampness, and no iron available, despite the fact that Booking.com clearly states there should be one in every room.
