Hotel Losanna in Milan

I chose this hotel due to proximity to our event venue. Although staff members and service were nice but there's something in this hotel that feels creepy. I was not able to sleep at night. I heard some sounds in the corridor during midnight.

I expected the minimum and somehow I got dissapointed.
Lack of tourists during pandemic times, means more available rooms and cheaper prices yet, I got a room with a leaking water in the bathroom. I didn't notice it during the day because I was enjoying Milano. After I used the bathroom in the evening I saw that the toilet and the bidet leak water. I went immidiately to the reception to tell them about the leak and after I told him my room number, he said they were aware of the leak and they would fix it the next day. Only 5 rooms of the hotel were occupied and they gave me the room with water leak. They didn't even offer to clean tge bathroom. The towels were stinkting and I couldnt use them. The staff wasn't friendly nor rude. After the first night I left the hotel and went to a much better hotel (new one) for less money. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
