You know what you get with Ibis. This building had a big spacious lobby, with a bar where you could get something to eat and drink. The staff was super friendly and check-in fast. The room was standard size, we did not need too much space especially for one night. I initially dis not book the room with breakfast we got it after for 13 euros /person. It was rich, from standard english breakfast, to vegetables, pancakes, Italian pastry.
The hotel had umbrellas to rent, (2 euros) which was super convenient.

It took us about 15/20 min to walk to the Duomo, with a shortcut through the park. We did see some doggy looking fellows during the day in one part, so in the evening we returned with a bit of detour near the park rather than through it.

The hotel is actually 10 min away from the central train station - my advice is don’t follow the 1st google suggestion (by foot) i feel like it takes you in side streets, when it’s easier to go on the main boulevard and then turn left, especially with a big luggages. We loved the stay and it’s really worth staying there from comfort price perspective.

Good enough. Rooms were small but functional. If you have unsure footing, the shower is somewhat of a hazard. It is a larger step up and becomes slick when wet. There was no handle to grab and the shower rod looked like it was coming loose (don't think it was meant to hold anyone up).

The hotel lobby had an unpleasant smell. I avoided having to spend much time in or around that area.

We put up the no room cleaning service sign and they still tried entering the room one morning. Not really impressed here.

The location was an easy walk to the train station and close public transportation.

Not great, even for a 3 star, but not the worst either.

Great location within walking distance of the city centre & central station. Tram 1 stops outside which takes you to the centre & Duomo. Friendly staffed, was able to store luggage until we left for the airport.
Good breakfast with different options. We had an evening meal on the first night at the restaurant which was yum.
Good clean tidy rooms, only negative was there is no coffee facilities in the rooms.

It was pretty bad overall. The hotel isn't close to the train station, and walking there at night felt quite unsafe. There weren't even tissues in the room. Housekeeping just barged in early in the morning without knocking – I'm not even sure if it was actual housekeeping. So speechless.

The location is good near to the Milano Centrale Station. One of Staff Mr. Oemar is very kind helping me. I checked out early in the morning at 05.15 and he accompanied me to wait the taxi outside the hotel and make sure that I was in the taxi and taxi left. It is really good service.

Check in was good, but I was expecting an upgrade as a diamond member what did not happen. The room was ok, but they gave me a room far away in a different building, not in the main one, the 1st floor was smelling smoke, it seems that people were smoking in some rooms or in the corridor. The hotel was very noisy, I couldn’t sleep well as I could hear many different noises, and it seems they were doing some construction work nearby… The shower was terrible, they have these green stuff “save water”, “reuse your bath towel”, but the water took 10 min to be acceptable warm, as it was very cold. The people in the bar were far from kind, but people at the breakfast restaurant were very nice.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the metro station, making it super convenient to get to Milan Cathedral by subway or to walk to the train/high-speed rail station. The room was a bit small, and the charging outlets weren't very conveniently placed. However, the overall service was great, and the hotel was very clean.

Overall, everything was good. The hotel is well located in the city center, making it very convenient to walk and get around. However, the housekeeping staff lacked a service-minded attitude. When I arrived, my key card didn’t work. I politely asked a housekeeper who was cleaning nearby for help, but she responded rudely and told me to go to the reception in an unfriendly manner.
