The most heartless staff. Completely insensitive and incompetent. Money is all that matters. I cancelled my booking last minute because my grandmother died and they still went ahead to charge and up to today refuse to give me my refund. Their incompetence and lack of empathy left me in an absolute state of shock.

I had a terrible experience with Hotel Nuovo Metro. Due to the sudden death of my grandmother, I had to cancel my stay at the last minute and fly back to Mozambique. Despite explaining this unfortunate situation to the hotel, I received no response to over five messages requesting a refund or at least some consideration for the circumstances. It was only after I asked a friend in Italy to contact them that they finally responded, and even then, it was with a cold, insensitive message stating my booking was non-refundable. There was no empathy or acknowledgment of my situation, just a robotic refusal to help in any way. The lack of communication and compassion from this hotel was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Nuovo Metro to anyone who values basic human decency. This keeps the key points while being more concise.

This hotel is not worth the price. Even though the bed is comfortable, there is a smell when you enter the room. This is due to problems with water evacuation in the bathroom. We also had problems with the curtain that was broken. The worst was the scandalous behavior of the receptionist towards my fiancee when I was not here

Bathroom flooded and non-smoking room is impregnated with the smell of cigarettes without offering you an alternative room. Shame, because it is positioned central and well connected by the metro.

The Hotel sucks not recommended noises in the night from one room to another and then in the morning you enter the cleaning ladies while you're still resting and have the courage to look for 70 euro but shame on you...ever..
