The hotel is situated opposite the metro station Lotto Fiera, where you can reach the Expo 2015 exhibition centre and a short walk from the entrance to Fiera Milano exhibition center. Proximity to Allianz MiCo.Single elevator breaking down, room telephone not working, internet inconsistent.

No iron. No iron board. Even if advertised.
And they do not provide an alternative solution like an ironing room, or housekeeping. They only provided a crappy steamer that does not work.
Walls are so thin I can hear everything from the room next door.

Do not book this hotel for business.

The water heater had a problem and the front desk refused to admit it and asked me to keep trying. The hot water only lasted 3 to 5 minutes each time.

I had a great two-night stay at Hotel Oro Blu. The reception staff was very welcoming and quickly provided any amenities I requested. The breakfast was delicious, and the free luggage storage and complimentary water bottles were nice touches. However, the AC only worked for heating, making the room a bit warm, and opening the windows led to some noise from outside. Despite this, the excellent service and hospitality made my stay enjoyable. I would still recommend this hotel!

Made a 1600 euros booking. Made a faulty cancellation. Tried to revert the cancellation for half of the booking the next day, but nothing could be done. There was no sympathy, flexibility, or whatsoever.

The room was very spacious and the front desk staff were very friendly. The room key is not an auto-lock, but you have to lock it yourself, so be careful.

This is an excellent 3 star hotel with exceptional service nothing less; for the price is a great deal being close to the Lotto metro station from where you can go anywhere in Milano

We only stayed one night but the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It is across from a park so there was a lovely view. The only downside is that there was a loud group outside in the middle of the night. But when we called downstairs, the gentleman working the front desk went outside and asked them to leave. We did let get a chance to try the breakfast, but it was included and looked good. Thank you!
