What made me choose this hotel was the location and good price. Close to all the main bus and transport lines, close to some very good gelaterias and pizzerias, and in walking distance to the city center. The actual location was...decent.the place is pretty clean, staff is ok, we had a problem with the door lock getting stuck, the furniture is old. As a conclusion: if ure tight on the budget and you spend most of the time wandering Milan, its a good location, but if you care alot about your confort and you want more than a roof over your head, look someplace else

The place is quite dated, that air conditioning barely working, the breakfast is very poor and not satisfying, every morning they serve the same, the staff isn't very nice, the wifi also barely working overall not a very good place for a long stay, it's good for one night not more

I just spent 4 nights at Arco Hotel. I definitely give five stars because I was totally satisfied. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed and new toiletries were given daily. The hotel manager was kind, helpful and did his best to help us during our stay. It is a 2-star hotel, but we got more than we had expected. Room was airconditioned, but we could turn it off for our little girls. For breakfast I could choose from the followings: toast, biscuits, croissant, cakes, two types of cheese, butter, yoghurt, honey, cornflakes, coffee, cappuccino, tea, fruit juices. The hotel can be reached easily by bus 60 from Central Station. The stop to get off is in front of Arco Hotel. By bus 73 you are at Duomo in 12 minutes, but it is even pleasant to walk there. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, store for ham, meat and cheese, Coin Shopping Mall with Globe Restaurant. We were offered to eat out at Il Pomodorino where thanks to the hotel manager we got 10% off. The hotel manager provided us with maps and indicated what was worth visiting in Milano. When it was about to rain, we were also given umbrellas. We will return soon.

Dear and dirty with a smell incredible along the stairs and in the plans.
Breakfast is at 7:30, we asked for a coffee (again, just a coffee!) at 7:15 and they said no.

The lobby is a bit too minimalist, but the staff is very young and dynamic. The rooms a little remains. Room service is fast and professional. breakfast room a bit small . Parking connvenzionato nearby , courtyard in the back with cute green corner. A short walk to the bus 60 73 tram 12 27 that connect to the center. Very economical.

Small uncomfortable bed. Rude unhelpful staff. Noisy and stinks of smoke.
Only positive is it's easy from the tram but not worth the money.

We stayed here for a night before our flight back to KL. The staff are very kind and friendly! It is like what you are expected. The room and facilities are all good. Location also very strategic, we walked from the hotel to the Duomo and return back also by walking. Thus its location are walking distance to the nearest tourist spot. Along the walk we found lots of shopping mall and other shops for our shopping. There is a church next to the hotel. On sunday morning there is a sunday market next to the hotel. Overall, highly recommended !

In general the hotel is good with clean room and comfort beds and amazing location ,the room service very good and the staff so friendly about the breakfast I can say it's not very delicious .finally I can say according to the price the hotel very good........

If there was a -5 mark, i would have put it. Very dirty everywhere, smelling,cleaning of the rooms are not performed(even before/after arrival/departure). The staff is awfull and not friendly at all. On demanded money, not providing anything! Never ever even think of booking here!!!!
