The location is fantastic, just a 6-minute walk from Central Station and just over 30 minutes' walk from major attractions. The room was clean, compact, and adequate. The front desk was very nice. Breakfast was only 5 euros, a great value.
There's a morning market right outside the door, with a wide variety of fresh fruit.

The room was spacious and clean, and the free wifi worked well. The disadvantages are that there is no kettle, no refrigerator, no toothbrush cup; the old-fashioned elevator is very small and difficult to operate.

If you don't like cats, this is not your hotel. The hotel has a 24-hour reception service and will store your luggage after you check out. It is 8 minutes from Milano Centrale, so if you plan to leave Milan by train to various destinations, it is ideal, also for going to and from the airport. The staff is very friendly and kind and the cats are adorable. We had breakfast and it was not a very luxurious breakfast, but there was everything, bread, croissants, yogurt, cheese, cereals, among others, and a very good coffee. For Milan prices, this hotel is good value for money. If you have reduced mobility, it has an elevator, but it is not wheelchair accessible. As for the room, it was clean and adequate, with a small shower and the shampoo-gel was a bit bad, but it did its job. The heating worked great and we were not cold at all.

The hotel is in a good location, next to the subway station. It is within walking distance to the train station, making it easy for the train to reach the next stop. When checking in, the hotel couldn't find the reservation at first. At this time, I have to praise Ctrip's customer service for quickly helping you solve the problem. The service cannot be overstated.

The only positive aspect of Hotel Paradiso was its proximity to Milano Centrale station and Lima Metro Station (Red Line), making it easy to access Milan’s main attractions. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was very basic. The breakfast offered was of poor quality, and there was no water provided in the room. On top of that they didn’t clean the room on the second day. While check in, the receptionist told us to pay the city tax, for me it was not cleared by booking.com, so i told him i will check with booking.com, then he said “it’s okay if you don’t want to pay, we will tell the police then they will talk to you”,….i mean who say like this. The wifi was unreliable, and the noise from nearby restaurants made it hard to sleep at night. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
