The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and could even help call a taxi. The location is very convenient; there's a light rail station right outside with direct access to the cathedral. Essilunga and Jollibee are nearby. The corner café is nice. The room was clean and comfortable; while not perfectly soundproof, it didn't bother me. Overall, I recommend it, and I would consider staying here again if I visit Milan.

The room was clean and comfortable, the surrounding environment was nice, and it was very close to the bus stop, making it convenient for getting around. However, I changed my itinerary and returned early this time, only getting a few hours of rest, which felt a bit wasteful.

Great location with public transport options - buses and tram. Super clean hotel room (newly renovated). Free self serviced tea, coffee, still and sparkling water. Walking distance to Milan Cathedral and all kinds of other shopping areas. Definitely recommended!

Convenient location and friendly staff. However, the air conditioner is not that strong, and takes a long time to cool the room.

I could not recommend this wonderful hotel more highly !
I had a single room which was newly renovated and seemed larger then the advertised size. Appreciated the in-room safe and fridge, as well as the strong internet. My room faced into the spacious internal courtyard (see pic) so was very quiet. Enjoyed the guest break-out area with complementary coffee machine and water (see pic). A special shout-out to the excellent staff for their help with information about all things Milano!! Many many dining options within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. My only regret being that I was only there for one night! An excellent hotel in every way!!
