Milan, Via San Mamete 12 (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Area was shady and migrant full , but had No problems daytime or at night . Its good but no frills . A/C was working but FYI To Americans we are spoiled w/good a/c , however this is true regardless of Hotel .
No lift. Just stairs. No free water bottle drinks. Condition is basic just sleep and go out to explore city. About 20 mins walk from station so a bit far for me. Need to drag heavy luggage with me.
The living experience is also quite good. If I come to Milan next time, I will stay here again. The key is that the coffee beans downstairs are really good.
Very nice hotel with an on-site bar offering an excellent breakfast buffet. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need for a pleasant stay! Top!!
I'm conflicted about this hotel. Its great value, a little farther away from tourist areas (which is my preference) but its next to the nice walk/run/bike path paralleling the canal. It has TV and A/C, but I was unable to open the blinds (it was locked and can't be adjusted) which somewhat ruined my experience.
Hotel is 2 ⭐⭐ check-in is available late night and host is nice. Room is basic and clean. Hangers are missing at the entrance, in the bathroom. Walls are not soundproof...there is a bar service in the morning for breakfast 🥞🍳

The girl at the reception is absolutely a super girl she helped me a lot with everything
It went for a couple days and it was great, the staff gave us a map for the metro which was handy and even helped figuring out which stations were best to use for getting to different landmarks. The rooms are air conditioned which comes in handy for the hot nights, they are spacious and come with plenty of storage. As for the location it is located near many public transport spots even with the nearby...
Nice hotel to stay
Good
Lovely hotel, very tidy, and cozy. The rooms are quite clean. There is a common area with full kitchen and complimentary coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Check-in process was quite easy to go to through with very clear instructions. Wi-Fi worked quite well all the time. Didn't hear much noise during my stay, so slept quite well.

The lady who runs the place is absolutely amazing! She is kind, courteous and really the kind of person who should be in hospitality services. She has an amazing kitchen set up for guests to use. Just the next building is an excellent authentic Italian restaurant. On the opposite there is a little bakery (didn't eat there though) and a Philippino restaurant (we didn't eat as we were too busy to eat...
Lovely B&B just outside of the tourist areas of Milan but very accessible and close to public transport. Friendly and accomodating host who gave us great recommendations & a lovely restaurant next door. Comfy rooms & I loved the coffee vending machine! We will be back for sure.
The room was clean, quiet and the staff was very kindly. We recomand this place.

Milan, Viale Monza 120 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Teresa, the owner, is a welcoming and very kind woman. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Excellent location. The red metro stop is right in front, making it easy to get to the center. I will definitely return to this hotel because I love Milan. I highly recommend it.
Decent family style hotel in Milan near Turro station on M1, only couple of stations from Duomo. Relatively affordable compared to prices per night in Milan which are ridiculously high. Can’t expect too much, Very small rooms, basic breakfast and really kind staff. All in all. good value for money.
3 stars because it's close to the metro station, otherwise it would have been 2. Small rooms, could be cleaner, semi-clogged bidet, water takes a while to get warm, we couldn't lock the door properly. Breakfast ok (Italian breakfast) with packaged snacks and croissants. Tourist tax €4/person. Not a place I would recommend but convenient because so close to the metro station.
Not bad of a hotel. It was an okay deal, and I stayed there for 3 nights and they never cleaned my room. You have to ask for extra towel or more napkins. The owner seems nice and is willing to accommodate to any problems. After 1 a.m the entrance is closed and you need to ring the bell so they open for you! I got so afraid going there 2 a.m. As I couldn't figure out how to go in until I noticed the...
Very good staff and breakfast. The host was an amazing guy! Had some troubles with the air conditioning and the outside noise but overall was a good experience! Would totally recommend staying at this hotel!
Old Hotel, I mean smelly old. but close to metro entrance. Easy access to public transport, Carrefour and few minutes away from center.

Sesto San Giovanni, Via Solferino 5 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Decent value for money for what you pay. It’s not the greatest hotel in the world but it does the job. Really neat feature was the ice cold water at the reception with bottles supplied. Only a short walk from Sesto Rondo metro station allowing for easy transport around the city and only a 10 minute walk from Carroponte.
Short walk to the metro and about 30 minutes to the city center. Basic room but comfortable.
Located Near the Metro
The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was in a great location very close to the metro! The rooms are not updated, but clean. Showers are tiny, so you may need to consider that. We couldn't get the air conditioning to work, so we had the windows open. Breakfast was pretty good. I would not rule out staying there again. It was a neat experience.
The hotel is quite clean, there is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, polite and helpful. Convenient location, within walking distance of the metro, from where there is a direct line to the center.
Superb little hotel. Absolutely super clean, very comfortable bed. Excellent links to all areas of Milan. Excellent value for money.
Stayed here while visiting Milan, the hotel was outside of the busy city but the Sesto Rondo metro stop was just around the corner. For all the hotel was basic the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us - nothing was a bother. The room was spotlessly clean and the shower was good , with good power and hot. Breakfast was adequate with cereals, toast, yoghurts and pastries. Would totally...

Very good location, 3 minute from Villa San Giovanni metro station. Clean and spacious room, cleaning every day. Nicola and Matteo - very positive and always smiling owners. They make you feel so welcomed. They are always prepared to help you and give you some advise. Breakfast is simple but for few days sufficient (croissant, bun with ham/salami and cheese, coffee and juice). Prepared and served by...
Great
Very nice and comfortable, breakfast was great, host was friendly.
We had a wonderful time at Nicola and Matteo's hotel. Your hospitality was incredible. Anyone looking for a uniquely individual hotel will find it here. Thank you very much for your hospitality, we will definitely be back.
We chose this as it was within walking distance of the Teatre degli Arcimboldi. The street entrance was a little disconcerting with only the sunflower logo on a metal, industrial door. However, once inside the difference is amazing. There's a garden area with loads of tress and seating for milder times of year. There is a bar in the same area that breakfast is served. In a residential area we...
I had an amazing stay at Matteo’s charming hotel during my first trip to Milan! Matteo’s hospitality truly stood out—when I mentioned it was my first time in the city, he went above and beyond by giving me a map and spending about 30 minutes introducing me to all the must-see spots and hidden gems. His detailed recommendations made exploring Milan so much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself...
We were guests of this structure that is truly a gem in its interior. We will definitely try to return also in the periods in which it will be possible to enjoy the internal garden. Very welcoming managers. Large and clean room, equipped with the necessary comforts also to manage the needs of small children.

Very clean, quiet hotel, close to railway and bus services. Staff polite and helpful
Helpful front desk personnel, clean room and comfortable beds
Everything was perfect! Thank you for everything!
The sanitation is OK, and the service attitude is very good. A little far from public transportation. There is no elevator, and there is no air conditioning in the room. There is an electric fan. The child's kindle was left in the room and could not be found. Simple hotel breakfast.
A bit awkward with all the ups and downs on the stairs, but close to Milan station.
Breakfast included.
Based on the reviews, I was hesitant to book. I ended up having to find a stay last minute. The staff communicated great with me. I arrived at 2am. Checked in, slept in a clean room, woke up and had breakfast. No issues at all.

Quiet place, as usual rude customers who slammed doors and shouted... but it's not the owner's fault who is very kind
It was quite positive, most importantly, the rooms were clean, and I respect that.
Additional pluses included a large room and bathroom, three sets of towels, and self-catering. Free parking right in front of the hotel 👍🏻👍🏻
On the downside, the hotel is probably past its prime; it simply wasn't the most beautiful room we've ever stayed in. The walls were very thin, and we could hear everything going...
Totally okay! It's not a fancy hotel or anything but for a humble person that just wants a place to stay in Milan its absolutely doable!
Even tho, its best to arrive by car! Free Parking spaces availabe on the street infront of the building. The metro station is 5 minutes away by car (parking 6€ for the whole day at the metro station). Highway exit very nearby too. Supermarket 3 minutes by Foot.

Absolute freedom to come and go as you please, can hold onto your room keys all the time.
Underground secluded parking spaces.
Clean, tidy, essential.
"No frills" self service breakfast.
Accommodating and responsive to address very minor nuisances.
If you need somewhere to stay very near Milan in a no frills place, you must stay here.
Very close to motorways, a good shopping centre, clean, functional.
Complete freedom and great support.
We just got on a train that we risked losing only thanks to the availability and the big heart of these people!
Fantastic staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and strategic location especially for those like us who had to get as close as possible to the Monza racetrack
We will definitely come back to visit you

Sesto San Giovanni, Via Fratelli Bandiera 100 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
First thing to note is that there’s another Hotel Bristol very well located near Milan Centrale train station! Be careful if quickly adding the hotel to your map app as this one is a 30 minute ride out of the centre!!
That aside, it’s a decent hotel if a little dated perhaps. It was clean and spacious with private bathroom but cash only and quite pricey for the quality but I guess that’s just Milan...
For what we paid was acceptable. 50 euros for one night. Easy walk to metro station .
Very noisy tho all night. Walls paper thin.
But for what you pay was fine for one night
The cheap price, the location near the metro, but the poor cleanliness, the bad smell of smoke and mold from the walls of the room, the walls not soundproof.
Very average, a bit tasteless. It's close to the subway station. The service is not good and there's noise. But at this price, that's all. You get what you pay for. That's all I can say.
Small hotel suitable for a short stay for budget traveller. Dont expect much. Room is basic and no soundproof .
Wasn’t expecting much given the reviews but it deserves more! Don’t go here expecting a luxury hotel - it’s very much a hostel kind of place. Our room was on the ground floor and providing you don’t look too far down the plug hole or into the cracks in the tiles, was sufficiently clean. It felt safe - the door locks and the ground floor is raised off street level, and the street outside is quiet. The...

Hotel that does what it needs to for the price
The room was fair for the price. There aren't any tea making facilities.
The staff were helpful and the room was clean.
The check in is at the third floor.
Great experience. Employees were helpful with any information I requested and helped make my visit as comfortable as possible.
Clean, basic rooms. Friendly staff. Stairs needed to reach some rooms. Neighborhood is working class neighborhood with graffiti everywhere. I returned late one night and passed 2 police investigations ongoing on the 1 km walk from Metro.
Clean room, great location and close to public transport options. Would recommend others to stay at this property.
The reception person on duty from evening till morning was sleeping on the couch at the lobby and transacting business in the morning with the lights off. That was very unprofessional.

Nice stay. The lady at the reception was very nice. It’s a one-star hotel, so we used it for what it’s meant for—sleeping and showering. The metro station is just a 5-minute walk away and well-connected to the rest of Milan. The neighborhood felt safe, and there’s a convenience store nearby that’s open until midnight.
It's ok but very basic. Clean and the people are very pleasant however it needs updating and the beds are very hard. Basic hoastelling style.
Clean and affordable. Good welcoming
Budget Hotel just a few minutes from the metro station Istria with free parking.
Modest room, clean... friendly Staff...
In principle, everything is quite good! Small Parking for 4 cars! Moreover, the car keys must be that of employees of hotel!!! We just realized this and left! On arrival to the store,we were given the phone (say phone)! She called in the booking and asked us to explain what, how and why! It is negative! Morning Breakfast, clean rooms, wifi is good!
Very good, clean, the lady who manages the place is exquisite, also gave me a bottle of water, and I have spent very little.

Second time staying here. Good price for outskirts of Milan and in a reliable chain. The bathroom is not great: shower pressure is poor and rooms we have stayed in have had issues with mould and a leaking shower.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from the cleanliness to the comfort of the room. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you for the complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more special. Truly outstanding service and hospitality. Highly recommended!
Overall satisfied but expected cleaner or fresher bedding. Rooms have pure sound isolation so heard all noises from the corridor, especially late evening and night time. Hard to ventilate the room for fresh air. Locations was very convenient to reach city center. Breakfast was delicios, good coffee, tasty yoghurt, caring service waiters. Desk service persona was funny with kids.
Was dissapointed...
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I would especially like to sincerely thank the two staff members Ceesay and Camara for their effort, attention, and friendliness. Their excellent service made my stay truly special. I felt very welcome and well taken care of. Thank you very much - I would be happy to return!
I would like to thank the staff (except Camara and Cessy). The team was overall great, very friendly, and helpful.

1. It's a rather remote B&B-style hotel, making taxis difficult to get, and even the front desk couldn't get one.
2. There's a bus stop about a 10-minute walk away, so you might want to try that.
3. The rooms are B&B-style, with kitchens.
4. The first floor of the hotel has a smell and is a bit damp.
Everything was great, very nice reception staff. I chose the hotel because of the location, the best there is in this area.
Apart-hotel in a quiet area, allowed to check out 2 hours later than check-out time without extra charge. There is a mini-kitchen and a set of dishes. Minus - the hair dryer in the bathroom was broken.
Quite big room got bus stop in front of the hotel
With small kitchen inside room
Everything was fine, except for the 10:00 AM check-out, which is a lot, especially for those who have an afternoon flight. My friends who stayed in a hotel 500 m away left their room at 12:00 PM, as it should be.
Good experience. Front desk was very kind be informative.

The hotel's interior is excellent and clean, with studio-style accommodations.
The hotel is located within a shopping complex.
There is separate parking next to the hotel, but there is also an elevator that takes you to the parking area for a daily fee of twenty euros. The only downside is that I didn't particularly like the area where the hotel is located, but the hotel's security is excellent.
We came for the beginning of the Milan furniture exhibition. There are options within the city at a normal price. Always clean towels, timely change of bed linen.
The only minus is the lack of breakfast. But this is not a minus because there is an excellent store 1 minute walk from the hotel.
Very comfortable Aparthotel.
As with other reviews the hotel can be difficult to locate as it is off the main road. Initially on entering the hotel I was taken aback by the small size of the reception area. Hotel location is a big plus, near to the main station and also to Pasteur metro station. This place is in middle of a happening street with bars and restaurants open up to midnight. Reception staff is very good and so is the coffee and breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious. The only hitch here is a common washroom. Though some rooms can come with a private bathroom. It’s a bang for the buck
Amazing hostel! The guy at the reception was truly a great person — thanks to him, our evening was saved. He was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good, the room matched the price, and the bed was super comfortable.
Nice hotel (near metro station Pasteur) for cheap price, breakfast was ok,clean room (with shower),cozy balcony, friendly staff ,?
The place is economic but on winter The warmer seems to be not enough.
It's near a metro station and it is clean enough, the staff was mostly friendly in my experience. The breakfast is really bad. For this price rhe pros outweigh the cons so it is a good choice.
Hotel is very basic. Only spent one night there. The 24 hour open reception, is great when you are arriving late, or checking out early. Guy at the reception went out of his way to accommodate my early leave, and late arrival, even arranging some breakfast snack for me before I left.
