We were very satisfied with our stay.IT is clianed every other day,cleanliness is very high level, and rooms are very large. The metro station is close and theatar arcomboldi which was important to me Nearby there is a large market euro spin and there you have a ready meals. On the left side there is buffalo with good pizza and next to IT sweet bakery When you get out from metro there are small markets but they are much expensive Recommendation for accommodation and I Will defintely stay here again on my next visit

Truly embarrassing experience! The apartment assigned to me and my friends, with three bedrooms paid for, was mistakenly assigned by the receptionist to a couple who had arrived before us. They gave us the key anyway, so we went in while they were calmly on the couch, perhaps even scared that someone was breaking into their home. Since they had already used the bathroom and other areas of the house, they couldn't give us the apartment we had already paid for, and the receptionist thought she'd solve the problem by giving us one with only two bedrooms. She wasn't the least bit upset when I pointed out that we had paid for three, and one person would have to use the sofa bed, which had no sheets and a dirty, stained mattress. They provided us with sheets upon request, but unfortunately they were for a single bed, while the bed was actually a double. To apologize, they offered us a discount on our next stay, but it seems more than obvious that we won't be staying there again. An almost unacceptable mix-up, I think a minimum of competence on the part of the staff is necessary.
