Milan Hotel - Hostel in Milan

1 star does not justify how bad this property is, it’s not dirty it’s disgusting, the shared bathroom we had access to had black mould on the ceiling, air conditioning pipes draining into the shower, dirty sinks, urine soaked floor matts, blood stains on the balcony walls, dirty and dusty rooms, room provided didn’t meet our requirements, 4 adult males place into a room with 2 bunks and a double bed. Charged extra on arrival for being an all male party despite me querying this in December when we booked. ‘I am not obliged to answer emails’ the owners words verbatim. Staff couldn’t only speak English when taking money from us or justifying their reason to charge more money. Air conditioning didn’t work in the room. Having stayed in hostels in Switzerland, Netherlands, UK and Asia this property doesn’t even reach basic standards, completely conned out of £624 for 3 nights. Avoid!!!!!

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. It was 34 degrees Celsius and they didn't provide air conditioning. They only turned it on at 11 PM, and even then, it had to be set to 25 degrees Celsius. They turned it off before 7 AM the next morning. The hygiene was terrible, to make matters worse, the front desk staff were incredibly rude and spoke very poor English.

The worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I only stayed for one night and then left. I originally booked one night through booking, but I didn’t check in. I couldn’t bear to give you a quilt cover after I accepted it. A thin layer of cloth doubles as a bed sheet and a quilt cover. , there was also a resident who seemed to live there permanently, who would not turn on the lights at 7pm, and would go crazy and cry loudly at 10pm. The kitchen cannot be used, and the room cannot be eaten or drank.

If you dont have the chance to book a room in Milan and you dont want to sleep Outside, choose MH.
Its Ok, if you want to sleep Safe be carefully ,watch out for the many mosquitoes there!!

Can't wait to leave a negative review! It's really cheap, but the hygiene is worrisome. Both front desks are male, and I don't know who they are showing off their stinky faces... You can't check in even one minute early, even if there are no other guests at all. …
