A great hotel with the best service and amazing staff! The food is also amazing while we have breakfast and in room dining for a few days! Special thanks to Anna who went above and beyond to serve us and make sure we are well looked after and have everything we need even late in the night! We felt like we were home away from home!

The apartment is very well equipped with your own kitchen and everything you need!

The hotel is located in a great location in Courmayeur, just 10 mins walk from city center.

The spa with pool, stream room, sauna and more seems very lovely too!

Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

I booked Au Coeur des Neiges at the very last minute after finding myself in Courmayeur with one night left before heading home, and what an incredible find it was.

From the moment I arrived, everything felt special. I was greeted immediately by a warm and helpful member of staff and shown to my chalet, which was absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship, natural wood, and rustic elegance created such a cosy, magical atmosphere. I was genuinely disappointed that I only had one night to spend there.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to enjoy the spa facilities, but the entire property is stunning. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it feels both luxurious and wonderfully welcoming.

What really made my stay memorable, though, were the people. Every member of staff I met was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They made me feel completely at home. On my final morning, I was leaving very early for a hike, and they kindly offered to prepare food for me to take with me ,such a thoughtful gesture.

I also had dinner and breakfast there, both of which were excellent.

A special thank you to Oksana and Sylvie (I hope I’ve remembered your names correctly!). They were absolutely lovely and are a big part of why this stay felt so special. I sincerely hope our paths cross again one day.

A truly beautiful place with beautiful people. I only wish I could have stayed longer. ❤️

We stayed for 3 nights in jan.
Pros: a very cozy hotel -you truly feel like you’re in a fairy tale. The pool has a beautiful view, and the water in the pool is warm, just like the temperature in the spa area. Breakfast and dinner are served in a cozy space with a fireplace. The breakfast includes very tasty fresh pastries, and the dinner portions are generous ,everything we ordered was delicious. Our room, number 16, felt like a little fairy-tale little chalet , with a fireplace, a cozy seating area, and impeccable cleanliness throughout. The staff is very friendly.
Cons: the bed is extremely hard, it feels like sleeping on a park bench, and it’s not one large bed but two pushed together. There is a kettle in the room, but no tea provided, no sweetener-only sugar. The breakfast is high quality but, in my opinion, overpriced: the bread was not very fresh, there is no toaster, and no kettle to make your own tea -you have to order it from the waiters. The sauna in the spa area is very small, so there is often a queue.

Excellent stay (3 nights, in fall).
Personnel, property, setting, little details, all excellent.
Property is beautiful, and the rustic style lends itself to seeming a little too worn out in some ways, but it’s mostly just the style (maintaining that type of property has to be difficult).
Lovely spa, meal area, grounds, and the e-bikes aren’t the lower end ones often found and are actually very nice. Easy parking for fee in garage or free just adjoining property.
I think we’ll come back for years to come (from US).

We stayed in petite chalet #2. The layout was great for a family of four. I felt nice to have everything included in the room rate like laundry and uncovered parking. The location was very convenient for someone with a rental car. You didn’t need to negotiate any of the small streets to park, but yet you could walk behind the property to get to town. The bed was extremely firm and the staff had a feather bed topper brought to the room. Made the remaining nights very comfortable! We appreciated the great service and relaxed atmosphere

We spent over 2 weeks here in apartment 12 and I have to say…. the 5 star rating is well deserved! This hotel exceeded our expectations. From my first email to the hotel (and probably 50+ subsequent emails!) the service was outstanding. Once we arrived… ask a question on What’s App? Get a reply in minutes. Ask for more firewood? Get it delivered in minutes and with a smile. Really incredible. The apartments are well appointed. Fireplace, kitchen, refrigerator, comfortable beds, excellent linens, great shower pressure. We ate in the restaurant and had food delivered several nights. The chef is outstanding. We loved every dish. The location could not be better with a 5’ walk to the gondola and a 10’ walk to town. The ski room is centrally located with boot warmers - nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed the Wellness Center - sauna, steam room, cold waterfall shower, warm pool. Such a nice way to end the day after skiing. They have onsite parking for a fee but there is public parking right across the street for free. 5’ walk through the underpass. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great Courmayeur hotel experience! We look forward to returning soon.

As a family of four we loved our stay here! The room was incredible and the service and staff were the best hosts. They even had tiny bathrobes for our children! The location is great with an easy walk to town and the gardens and grounds are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. We ate several meals at the hotel as well and they were all delicious.

Our family of 6 stayed a week over Christmas in the beautiful hotel. We stayed in chalet No7 and it was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of room and a cozy fireplace. The staff could not have been more helpful. We told staff that we found the beds too hard on the first night which was immediately fixed with no fuss and a bunch of mattress toppers straight away. Christmas dinner in a private room for 13 people (extended friends) was an absolute highlight. The wellness centre was superb and the location is unbeatable. Only a few minutes walk to the main gondola and an easy stroll into town with plenty of shops along the way and a supermarket very close by. Perfect for Christmas!

We stayed 8 nights in August 2022 as 2 adults and 2 children. The chalet we stayed at was very comfortable and clean, right fit for our family. The patio was lovely. The hotel staff was very helpful. While we were staying, there was no water supply across Courmayeur because of a landslide that took place in Val Ferret. Hotel management did their best to minimize the negative impact and continously tried to find solutions to provide water supply. The location is great to walk to the city center but there is a continous car noise as the hotel is closed to the road. That was the only issue but rest was perfect!

Just stayed for 3 nights at Au Coeur Des Neiges in Courmayeur. The hotel is wonderful and the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. My wife mislaid her Passport and the hotel went far beyond what they needed to do to help us find it - which we did!! A great place to stay and I very much hope to return soon!!
