We arrived in the middle of the night to ask if there were any available rooms, and from the very first moment we were met with kindness. A lovely lady spoke to us through the speaker outside and, despite not being fluent in English, she was incredibly helpful and patient, trying her best to answer all of our questions. Her son then assisted us and spoke perfect English, which made everything so easy.
This is a truly family-run hotel, and you can feel it straight away. Every single person we met was welcoming, polite, and genuinely kind. Julia’s son was especially friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well looked after.
The room was spotless, as was the hotel overall. The bed was a fantastic size, very spacious, and comfortable, with great pillows and a good night’s sleep.
We had a lovely experience from start to finish and felt very well cared for. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will absolutely return in the future.

Not the best hotel! The Prince quality is bad!! You can get much better quality hotels in the same region for the same price.
Overall the hotel is super clean!! That's perfect. The breakfast is really simpele some bread a toast and yoghurt with fresh fruits, that's it. This are the positieve points....
The service is bad! The hostest does not know what hospitality is! She is rude and only tries to give service to Italian speaking guests. The rooms are terrible outdated! Its all old and not sudible to keep in rooms for this price. They need to renovatie. The decoration is from the 80's! If you like that stuff your in the right place. The beds are from the 80's too!! Omg i think i have never slept in worse beds as i slept in this hotel. The are hard, cheep and feel and look like they are over 30 years old.
I would not recomment.. i'm sure if you look Just a moment longer on the internet you find a hotel Just on the corner that had much better vallue quality and price!

Heavenly place about 1 km away from the town and from the noise in front of the immense S.Orso lawn and with a view of the Gran Paradiso from every delightful balcony. Inside with rooms named after flowers with delicate colors of the relative flowers. The two owners (mother and daughter) are incredible: kind and super professional available for every need! Flowers on the balconies and in the small garden in profusion. Free private parking or garages. Varied breakfast with a good mountain flavor. Inside a good scent of wood and fresh laundry. Soaps in the bathroom with mountain herbs !! It is very sad when you have to go home.

Kind staff, lovely place, you will feel like at home and owners will do their best to suggest you things to do and places to visit.
