This is an economical 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, it's still under renovation. Despite selecting two separate beds, they don't have twin rooms. Furthermore, the reception is inefficient as they don't answer calls from guests or from Trip.com, so in case of problems, Trip can only offer a meager refund in Trip coins.

The hotel was quiet, safe and comfortable. It is in a quieter area of the city but convenient for the train station and small local shops and restaurants.

The place has no internet in the rooms, the TV is broken, the service is poor, and the breakfast is weak.

Upon arrival, we discovered the fan in our windowless bathroom wasn't working. They offered us a different room, but the fan there didn't work either. We were assured the issue was temporary and would be resolved by the next morning. However, nothing changed, and we were then informed that none of the rooms had working fans due to ongoing renovations. On top of that, despite being a double room, we were initially only provided with a single set of towels. One bedside lamp wasn't working, and the other was unsafe to use. The shower selector was also broken. This is the worst four-star hotel I've ever stayed in.

Polite and helpful personnel.
Dusty and not clean. Specially Balcony
Very old equipment, shower, bed etc.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere; however, the facilities were below expectations for a 4-star property. The floor was not clean, the room was very basic and there were no refreshments available, such as tea, coffee or water. The hot water and shower pressure could also be improved. While I appreciated the design and the breakfast (with the exception of the eggs, which were inconsistent in quality), the layout is not ideal for blind guests, as there are several hazardous corners. That said, the cappuccino was excellent and the waiter was very pleasant.

It's very ordinary, it can't even be considered a hotel.
