Fantastic location!
The room was a decent size. Bed was comfortable enough. Kind of loud, but it was other guests being loud in the hallways.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very decent breakfast.
Do not stay here if you are plus size. Seriously. Our shower doors only opened a tiny amount, and we had to really squeeze to get in. If you can't shimmy through an opening smaller than 18" to...
We stayed at this hotel on December 24
The hotel is designed in an old-style theme, but I didn’t see anything worn-out and I really like this retro style
The ceilings in our room were very high, and the bed was king-size plus.
The staff were friendly and spoke good English. We had an early check-out, so we were running short on time, but they opened breakfast for us at 5 a.m and we were able to take...
Great location. Nice old style hotel. But the room needs absolutely renovation. Limited breakfast choices
The room was clean, but the soundproofing wasn't ideal; the location was convenient.
The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the train station, subway station, and bus stops. There are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby, and the hotel receptionists are incredibly friendly! The rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy.
The room is quite small, the just renovated, but still small wet room, pillow arenot comfortable

The hotel is nice , very welcoming staff ,very good location to the center or to stadium , the breakfast was so good with a variety of choice , we parked our car inside the hotel’s garage which is safe
Hotel that’s located near Turin city center
Very near to the city center where you can roam around and having good neighborhood. It’s very accessible to the direction of motorway as well.
Exellent service by the staff, parking 19€ per day, good beds but poor AC in the room. The breakfast area and breakfast were poor.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is comfortable and price is very good for the location. They supported a very late check-in and our 2 dogs - thank you
Me and my brother were visiting Turin from Scotland. We had a wonderful stay! The staff were so welcoming and kind and made our stay even better. They were full of enthusiasm and were always good company at the bar All the staff were brilliant and a special mention has to go to Pegah who was always smiling, happy to help and give us recommendations of where to go. I was welcomed and treated nicely from the front desk and breakfast staff all the time. Place was clean and breakfast had a great variety of options.
Was a great stay for short trip not to far from the city center area was very family friendly and lots of food options good park in front of the property and I enjoyed the breakfast and espresso bar . Very small room but had ac and fridge nice overall experience and the elevator was very small too . I would recommend for solo traveler
Amazing hotel, stuff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Best recommendation for food and area to visit! Thank you so so much! Definitely recommend! Parking is available for 15 € per night but it is in their private closed yard so to avoid parking fines we decided to better not risk it and pay the hotel. Very nice and clean and just perfect to restore energy! Oh yes one more very very important thing...
Basic hotel to spend one or two nights in. Close to public transport that can take you to the center. Decent breakfast offered.
Hotel is in need of renovations, but besides that it's alright.
Great hotel with hospitable employees. All recommendations !!!

I spent one night at the hotel because it was very close to the main train station. It's cold at night because the heater isn't working, and there aren't many options for breakfast. The staff is friendly.
Value for money!:)
Welcoming staff very Kind and helpful:) great for families as quadruple room available:)Good communication in English, French, mandarin or italian. Private parking Secure inside building available for 15EUR per day + tax. Possibility for late checkout at 10EUR per room until 13.30 instead If 10.00. Great breakfast available. Lift available which helps for luggage or stroller.

Kind staff, nothing wrong with the rooms, and good breakfast (croissants, fresh fruits, juices, yoghurt, bread, cheese, ham, butter and jam).
Just for information : the private parking is actually on the side of the road right outside the hotel, but they do have cameras overlooking the cars parked outside, and according to them it’s safe, nothing happened to our car anyway.
Also I don’t know about...
It all depends. It's very close to the train station and many restaurants around. Hotel itself is just OK to sleep. Walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbours fart. It all depends what you are expecting..visiting turin or staying in the hotel.
Very cheap, close to the city centre and to the train station. The room was comfy, it had ac and a tv. The breakfast was not exactly what we expected, it was just a coffee and a croissant, but better than nothing I guess. Around there are plenty of restaurants, I recommend balena blue, you can also get a 10% voucher from the hotel for this one.
A solid budget hotel. Rooms are clean and ok. Very friendly staff. Wifi only works for smartphones, it is not
strong enough for laptops. Good coffee and croissants. Would reccommend if you are not very picky about the small details.

Nice facilities and great location and very good value.
A really lovely and beautiful hotel (if maybe a bit dated) in art deco style - really beautiful and with a perfect location - a minutes walk from all the main sights. Definitely among the best value for money for hotels I have ever visited.
Really nice and helpful staff, very good breakfast. A very good choice to stay in when visiting Turin.
The hotel is a touch dated. Still charming. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant nextdoor was excellent which also serves as the breakfast hall in mornings. Check in was convoluted.. a bit slow. Perhaps new staff? The big dissatisfaction was that the hotel returned 3 letters i had forwarded. I had emailed the hotel asking if a letter can be delivered. I was told yes we will hold it. Very clean… very helpful staff!! Lovely restaurant!!
Good breakfast and pleasant and helful staff. No tea or coffee facilities in room and too far from Porta Susa to walk at night.
Friendly atmosphere, close to the centre, room was basic but complete and comfortable, restaurant offered delicious food, the hotel and restaurant have a lot of charm and character. Recommendable.
We spent New Years Eve at this fabolous restaurant. The staff made us feel like home the entire night with their care and kindness. The food was delicious. And we were served bobbles to celebrate the midnight together.
Lovely place!
Turin, loved it.
Loved this quirky privately owned hotel. So much more now than a corporate soulless place. If you have an ounce of bohemian spirit you will be at home here. Very arty old school vibe. The location is perfect. Breakfast OK. The rooms are good but lack heating. In winter, you need heating everywhere from the reception right up to the bathroom esp in Turin when the daily temperature was 0° or less. However Staff was nice, friendly and helpful
