One of the most beautiful areas in Italy. This hotel is amazing. The staff members are very friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect! The parking was easy. The hotel is located on the main road. The lake is across the street!!! The main shops and restaurants are within walking distance of your stay! We had a room with the lake view! Do not hesitate to book this stay! We have a family of five and it is perfect.

The ultimate in hospitality!
A truly pet‑friendly hotel with exceptional customer service. I can honestly say this is the best property I’ve stayed at in Italy...
perhaps even in the world. The staff are wonderfully kind and welcoming, and we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else when we return to Lago Maggiore.

Although we didn’t reserve a lake‑view room, our host insisted on giving us one anyway, even after we mentioned we’d only be staying one night. The location is outstanding, there’s free parking, and the whole experience makes this place a real hidden gem.

Thank you so much for everything.. you’ve definitely earned more than a 5 star rating from us, but ultimately a top Net Promoter Score! 😊

Amazing location.5 minutes walk from the 🚢 station . Close to the shops and restaurants.
The people at the desk nice and willing to help.
The breakfast is good .
The only thing that I found strange is the way they act with people who comes alone to the dinning room. They don't give an option to sit closer to the view point if you are alone.
Its old school hotel vintage with Morden Touch.
The rooms for singles are not with lake view.

What a great hotel, run by the same family for six generations! Superb level of service and friendliness. So important to have the Aircon during an Italian summer and the location is excellent.

This hotel is amazing. The room I stayed in had 3 beds, a TV, a separate room for storage, a mini-fridge, and two balconies overlooking the Lago Maggiori. The breakfast buffet costs $8 per adult but is free for kids. The service was exquisite and everything was amazing overall.

It is a great option for a hotel near the lake. It is quite clean, but not perfectly clean inside. There should be made some improvements in there, but I appreciate that the bed sheets and towels were clean like new, in general the rooms are clean, but I think some details are left behind (I found little spider webs in the room, some rust in the shower, some pieces of furniture are a little deteriorated). Overall the room is a good choice for the price. About breakfast, if you chose to include breakfast in your reservation, you can be deluded by it (not so many healthy options included, like musli cereals, integral croissant, vegetables to accompany an egg or a piece of cheese) But, for standard, sweet, Italian-style breakfast it is fine.
I really liked the staff that was friendly and available (at the reception and at the breakfast serving place).

Hotel is very central, great location to explore old town and lake side. Staff very friendly. Our room was very spacious, has everything needed. Decor is somewhat outdated but rooms offer all that is needed. Comfy bed, desk, tiny tv but it’s there. All clean, kept to a good standard

Rooms were clean and big. Staff were all very friendly and nice. Breakfast was ok. Location is very good, close to many bars and restaurants. However AC did not work most of the time. Also it's not really an "AC". Moreover "lake view" is a view of the old boat station which limits the lake view. The wifi in our room didn't work.

We stayed for one night in a double room. For us it was a stop, because we didn't want to drive tired home the next 600 km. But It was not possible for us to sleep here. It was a room with lake view but it was really noisy. So much traffic, party people, construction area. All in front of our room. Noise through the whole night. And the night porter didn't understand because he speaks no English. The breakfast was also bad (concerning the ham/mortadela). It wasn't fresh anymore. We decided not to eat.
