Rooms are good, clean, breakfast was quite poor, no choice really. There is no hotel parking, you nees to finde it somewhere around city. Location is ok, near center.

We stayed two nights and had a good experience. Perhaps the 4-star rating isn't entirely in keeping with the property, but I still found several positive aspects. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious enough—if you have a window, like we did, it's pleasant and definitely useful for hanging out beach towels or swimsuits—the location is super convenient, and the breakfast was very generous. On the downside, the rooms aren't very soundproofed; however, you can hear noise from the rooms next door or from the ground floor where breakfast is served or where a TV is played, even late into the evening. The property is a bit dated and needs some maintenance.

Overall good experience but more 3 star than 4. Room quite nice but with only one window overlooking the inside of the hall and with a blind bathroom, in other regions this is not even allowed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast but typical Sardinian foods are rarely present.

Structure equipped with all comforts, staff always present and attentive to the customer, air conditioning, fridge, buffet breakfast included. Very close to the center of Pula to reach on foot. The only flaw is there is no private parking and they all have to be paid for in the center and are a few minutes' walk away

Spent a weekend in October for vacation, including an exclusive hour of SPA.
Clean and spacious rooms (there are various types). Abundant breakfast; excellent value for money. The only drawback could be the parking during the tourist season. In summer it is better to ask for rooms that do not overlook the main street: you may have problems with noise even though there are double windows. Advised.

Great service and lovely staff members. The thing that I loved the most about this place is that Maurizio and Roberta went above and beyond what I expected. They are very kind and always ready to help, whether it is to get some infos, book a table at a nice local restaurant or simply get a nice coffee during the day. I loved in particular their breakfast as there were many options, making this meal delicious and never Boring.
This place is close to so many shops and delicious restaurants. I didn’t need a car to move around as it was also close to the main bus stops.
I can’t wait to go back there as I spent the most wonderful days of my holiday there!

Untruthful photos, spa present only strong point. These are guest houses improvised as a hotel in a pre-existing Campidanese structure. eight windows without windows, elevator" since other guests tell me "campal never functional breakfast in the internal room is served in a modified environment closer to a greenhouse. Without external environments, a hit and run is recommended, excessive costs and not suitable for people with disabilities and / or lovers of confidentiality.
