Villa «Fenice»

Great small place, old mixed with modern design. Clean and inviting! Excellent breakfast and friendly owners. I would stay again and highly recommend. Taormina only a bus ride away, Naxos is way less packed with tourists and right on the water.

I highly recommend. Giardini Naxos is a beautiful location. the sea is as beautiful as that of all of Sicily. Close to Etna (for those who love that type of excursion). The B&B is spotless and the owners are very hospitable. We spent 8 unforgettable nights. 500 meters from the sea (there is a bit of downhill to do which turns into uphill when you have to go back to your room but everything is bearable). Rating: 9 out of 10 but only to give a margin for improvement which must always be there. thanks to Valerio and his very kind mother ❤❤❤

It can be easily reached off the motorway. A 5 minute walk from the centre, the sea and the bus stop that connects Taormina, Isola Bella and other areas to visit. Small but comfortable room equipped with all comforts. Hosts available and friendly throughout, the lady was wonderful with the breakfasts of homemade cakes and jams. Very kind in entertaining us even during a blackout and anticipating breakfast in case of early departure. We only stayed two nights but it was as if we were at home. We thank the owners and hope for a next stay, perhaps a little longer.

Very clean and convenient place for visiting gardens and neighboring towns, very large room with all comforts. The owners are really kind and friendly, they make you feel at home!!! Truly complete and abundant breakfast, worthy of an excellent hotel! I'll be back soon

All the qualities here, between Etna and the sea, a charming little paradise, perfectly clean, warm welcome and sumptuous breakfasts! (Maria's citrus jams are a treat) In short, we take care of you for everything!

We had a fabulous relaxing holiday at this beautiful Villa. The owners Cinzia and Alex were extremely welcoming and did all they could to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
A highlight for us was when Cinzia cooked a magnificent Sicilian meal for us one evening. We loved every part of the meal and had plenty of leftovers, we’d never had swordfish rolls & caponata but we’d certainly try it again! Every course was delicious and Cinzia brought wine and home-made arancello and limoncello for us to try. I’ve never had a tiramisu as good as Cinzia’s!
We were all astounded by how big the grounds around the villa were. There were so many different comfortable seating areas and dining areas. The pool was fantastic and the hot tub was perfect for when it got a bit cooler. Our children spent hours searching for geckos in the garden and loved playing outside. The villa itself was immaculate, everything was done to a high spec. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and there were three bathrooms with showers. We could not fault this place at all and would love to return. We hired a car, which is a must in Sicily and allowed us to drive to many places such as Taormina and Syracuse.
We were even lucky enough to watch the lava flowing down Mount Etna, the views from the villa were outstanding. The eruption lead to a lot of black ash/sand falling all over the grounds of the villa so we were expecting a big clean up would be necessary in the morning, but Alex visited early every morning to tidy round and after the eruption he must have spent hours there cleaning away the ash before we’d even got up! The owners really were fantastic and always available to help us out. I’d highly recommend this villa and it’s location.

What to say! Excellent experience, welcoming place, abundant and genuine breakfast. The owners, Valerio and his mother welcomed us as if we were at home. The room was always clean with air conditioning, very quiet. There is free parking behind the property. For those who want to move around beaches and cities it is perfect. We went to Catania, Randazzo, Messina, Acireale, Cyclops Riviera, Etna, Alcantara.

Incredible experience.
My family and I spent a week in this beautiful property a stone's throw from Taormina.
We were satisfied with all the services that the hotel offers, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the courtesy of the staff.
Flagship, the beautiful swimming pool and its relaxation areas that surround it.
I will definitely be back very soon.

We spent a lovely week at "Villas Taormina" Cinza was the best host ever.

A very nice place, very well maintained, with several swimming pools and several apartments.
They even have a mini jacuzzi that is sure to be very appealing on summer nights.
They also have games to keep the kids entertained.
The access road is a bit bad, but well nothing new in Giardino Naxos where the state of the roads and sidewalks and maintenance leave much to be desired. But once inside the villa one forgets all that.

Such a beautiful villa that had everything we needed. Great pool. View of Etna. But you will need a hire car, and the road up to the villa is rather poorly maintained so something with ground clearance is advisable.
