Our original destination was canceled so we ended up to this outdated hotel. The pictures don’t tell the reality. Staff seemed friendly though.

Wonderful!

Quadruple room with kitchenette
The room offered has a nice kitchenette, it's a shame there weren't four chairs and enough dishes (and dish towels).
Otherwise, no complaints about cleanliness. Our room was a bit noisy; we heard the reception phone ringing for a good part of the night, not to mention our fabulous upstairs neighbors who shouted until 2:30 in the morning.

Terrible experience. We were left without water or even towels: a disgrace for a hotel. Our complaint was not addressed, nor was there a refund, nor a discount, not even a minimal apology. Non-existent service and a total lack of respect for customers. I absolutely do not recommend this place: a waste of money.

I stayed there for one night. My room with double bed and additional bunk bed for childs was not very big but everything was clean and ok. It was also quite.
I booked the SPA for 50 mins which was quite nice incl. Sauna, Steam bath and whirlpool. The only thing I missed was a lounger for resting and some water (which I got afterwards at the reception).
The breakfast was good with sausage, cheese, croissant etc. and fresh orange juice. The staff was very friendly.
