Whole place felt neglected, shower doors broken, bed uncomfortable, pillows were unbelievably subpar! Some financial investment could go along way for this place!

The room and private bathroom were clean. The gentleman helped me carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. He also met me at check in which made it very easy (no one is there 24/7). I was there just one night, but it was close to the Duomo square and the pedestrian shopping district. Highly recommend for those not wanting a high end hotel, but still wanting 5 star service!!

There was no air conditioning in the common areas. Also, it would’ve been really appreciative if there was a little more communication about how things worked in the area and miscommunication on terminology when renting the room.

Very inflexible cancellation and booking policy with zero contact after I had a medical emergency. They would not respond to me after months of chasing and just said the booking is has a no refund policy days before booking was to occur. Pretty terrible service would not recommend.

Second time here and probably for our the next trip in Catania will chose the same way. Stylish, nice and clean rooms, close to the city center, bus and train station. The personnel is nice and helpful (thanks for everything, Alessandro !). Excellent price/quality ratio.

The room was good for the price, and the host was also good. He responded very quickly and had all the information in advance. However, I still took the wrong path and couldn't find it right away.
Small room, overlooking an inner courtyard, a bit noisy, but it was still nice because the atmosphere was very pleasant.

Good location and the apartment was spacious with its own kitchen. The breakfast arrangements were not explained to us and when we arrived we were met by the cleaner who only spoke Italian. Fortunately I speak enough Italian to be able to communicate with her. The apartment floor was not very clean and street noise was audible at night. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the apartment's kitchen rather than having to go the communal area. Having said this, I would stay here again as it was good value for money overall.

Well, the room is very old and the decoration is weird. I'm not particularly satisfied with it. The breakfast is also very perfunctory, only the bread and jam are packaged in the room.

We stayed there for five days. The location of the hotel is perfect to walk around the city. It is really close to Piazza Duomo which is the main square of the city. Alessandro the owner was really kind and helpful. He gave us the best recommendations! There is also a lot of services nearby (car rental, excursions and tour to Etna or Taormina). Thank you for the lovely stay. Hope we will see you again! Xxx
