The bungalow I’ve stayed in was dirty and has lots of gnats flying around, shower is too small and has very slow drain, and the door feature is not emergency friendly in case of fire. Thanks for the good service, but I will not recommend the place in the future.

Photos are not super accurate. It has an RV park area, a camping area as well as the units. The unit itself had a small kitchen which would have been nice if we were there long, a bedroom with 3 twin beds and when you walk in, that also was a bedroom with a double (really 2 twins together with a sheet over them). The bathroom was ok - not super clean (ants on the floor) and the shower drain did no such thing. We used all the towels to soak up the flooded floor because there is nothing in the bathroom floor for that. Dinner was really good. Breakfast was some croissants that when we went 30 min after it opened were 80% gone and after sitting there for 10 min were never filled back up so we left without eating. That was pretty disappointing. The beach is nice. That was the best part of the place and we were only able to use it long enough to get some photos before we had to check out to go to work.

A trip to hell. Never again. This place should never be allowed have visitors. This neither turistico nor europeo - rather third world place. Stay away as far as you can. If you are desperate to stay there - take everything you need from home including towels.

Stayed here unexpectedly for 4 nights when flight was delayed. We were made very welcome by Genarro and all the reception staff and can’t thank them enough, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was basic but had air con, fridge and shower with plenty hot water and although could do with updating it was comfortable and right next to the most beautiful beach with loungers and parasols available for guests. The bar/restaurant staff were always approachable and friendly and Francesco and his team provided a great service with delicious food. Easy access on local bus into Catania and surrounding area and close to airport. Was very relaxing and enjoyable few days and thank you to all staff for looking after us.

Please don’t stay here. We checked in and checked right back out. They made us pay before we saw the rooms. We were told we would be able to eat after we checked into our rooms but the restaurant was closed. It’s difficult to find and navigate at night. We did not feel safe or comfortable. The guy at the front desk did not know how to print out receipts and we still don’t have them after having someone at the hotel try to get them this morning. We moved to another hotel THAT night! I do not recommend this place.

Honestly it’s actually quite a nice place, we are here in winter with a camper, only people staying here. The staff at the bar and restaurant are lovely and we have been getting along really well. The place is for sure run down but good news is that there is a bunch of people working on it now and hopefully by summer it will be looking good!

We were really disappointed - we were waiting 30 minutes for check-in and at the end we ended up right next to the disco (the place was given to us by the local manager and we couldn't choose differently)
The beach was really nice, but you have to pay 7 euro extra per person per 1 day. And right next to this private beach is small public beach for free.

I had a poor experience at this hotel. The room was not of high quality and not as shown pictures. Bed was of poor quality. Limited electric outlets. In the bathroom, the toilet did not work well, shower was very small, did not spray water well, and leaked onto bathroom floor.

I left after one night but am still having problems resolving payment with hotel. I was told when I left that I would be refunded a portion of my pre-payment but the hotel has not refunded as promised and has not responded to multiple e-mails.

Recommend do not stay at this hotel.

Unfortunetely, we are really dissatisfied with their services. It took almost 30 minutes to find someone, who speaks at least a little english and then we waited another 10 minutes, till someone showed us a direction, where to go. We slept in a tent near to a disco that lasted till 3 AM and that was the only place where we could build a tent. Bins in this camp do not exist. There are supposted to be showers with hot water... again not happening. You can expect a few showers with wooden boards with nails sticking out as the bottom of the showers. On the top of that, you have to pay 7 euros per person to get to the private beach.
Well, we cannot recommend... awfull experience.
