I had no chance. The city had no other hotel with available rooms at a reasonable price. Later on, I came to the realization that it was costly. The room was not worth the price even though the receptionist was very gentle, because it only had a single bed, a small bathroom, no desk, and only one chair.

This "hotel" is nothing more than an overpriced hostel. To begin with, there is no lift to the 1st & 2nd floor where the reception and guest rooms are located (mind you, building from beginning 20th century with high ceilings...). The guest rooms are utterly run down with AC not working, light fixtures our of order, shower fixture broken, wash basin clogged, sagging mattress. Breakfast is not before 8 am. As we left early, we requested a water kettle to make our coffee. The water kettle was promised and the mugs selected, but not provided. As Reception closed by 8 pm and did not open before 8 am, nothing could be done about it. The AC was also not repaired.

This is a very excellent hotel in an ancient building. The location of the hotel is very convenient for travel. I would like to especially thank a lady who is in charge of the front desk reception here. Because I accidentally slipped, she was very kind and busy for me and quickly called an ambulance. I really thank her for her kindness and everything she has done for me. I wish her and this hotel a good future.

We were given a room with no window or only one that looked onto a brick wall. On the fourth floor 60 steps up and down each time was difficult.

Terrible experience! The room smelled of damp and looked out onto a well of terrible light from which sewage odors drifted. A nightmare! The breakfast is poor and with poor quality products. The square where it is located is frequented by rather aggressive illegal parkers. I strongly advise against it!!

It's a good place to stay for cpls or singles, not families

I booked through the company website 10 days in advance for two nights. On the day of arrival they call me again and again to confirm my arrival, which I confirm via phone call and email. Once at the hotel they tell me that there was an elusive problem and that they only have one room which they showed me and which was a sort of small attic without windows and without air, demanding the full rate of 100 euros per night advance payment. Obviously I ran away...really bad. The advice is to stay away!

I booked without too much haste as I needed a place to sleep because we missed the train, so I didn't have too many expectations, but a night spent in a place without a window, smelly, dirty, really felt like I was dreaming, and moreover paid at a reasonable price. over the top for what it offered. I ran away as soon as I could.

Worst hotel. hotel Valentino Catania
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was a club downstairs until 4 o’clock in the morning the music was so loud, could not sleep . also AC did not work. Bathrooms and bedroom was disgusting. Also, the toilet was broken.
