The hotel is in a great location. Boutiques, the historic center, and the market are all nearby. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.
Food and rags are available every day except Sunday. On Sundays, there's an antiques market.
There's no point in taking a taxi. Ali Express from the airport stops opposite the hotel.
Now for the bad news:
On the second floor of the hotel.
At Sofia, reception is open until 6:00 PM, then you check in yourself.
Key locker.
In 5 days, the floors weren't cleaned even once. They take out the trash and change the towels. No kettle or glasses.
Water is only available on check-in day.
Reception refused all questions. I asked for help buying bus tickets online, but they sent me to the train station.
It's unreliable, and they don't know where to go.
In general, Russian people are resourceful and resourceful, and everything will be fine.

The staff is super friendly and supportive. I had a few extras to ask and this was never a problem. The location is fantastic, nice surroundings and also very central and in close walking distance to sights. The breakfast cafe was very nice as well. A typical pasticceria with typical food, and you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the view of Mount Etna :) Also the staff there was extremely nice and helpful.
