Fondachello Village is apparently nice. It consists of two three-storey buildings, underground parking, swimming pool, sports fields, small theater for shows and a stone's throw from the sea with an adjoining establishment for customers.
The apartments are pleasant, unfortunately the walls are so thin that you can hear any noise from neighboring rooms and from outside. If you happen to go to this structure, I recommend you stay on the top floor: it is worth taking the stairs to not have at least anyone on it and cross your fingers not to have children next to you. It may be that Neapolitans (present in large numbers) and Sicilians are noisy, but resting was difficult as it was.
Furthermore, adjacent to the structure there is a long and straight road that is often used by young locals for night-time motorbike and car races.

Noisy, both from the street and from the residents. Poor ventilation. A trickle of a shower. Swimming pool only 1m deep and you have to wear a bathing cap - but girls with long hair can have it dangling in the water, and the poolside shower doesn't work, so the hygeine benefits are dubious. Loud muzak by the pool. The apartment complex is not on the beach side of the road (google maps has it wrong) The local street is dirty and there are bins nearby. The "sea view" is like something out of Fawlty Towers. The Wifi barely works and you have to set a static IP address on your device. If you like the Benny Hill theme tune on a loop blaring in your ear all afternoon and sleep deprivation this is the place for you! We had prepaid for a week but left after 3 nights for a nice hotel, no refund was offered. If I could give it zero stars I would. Avoid.

The structure has been abandoned for at least 2 years, it seems that it no longer functions as an accommodation facility.
