Bellaroto Suites are located in the very heart of the city. Manager Michele makes your stay as comfortable as possible with arrangements for the car park, the ZTL, bookings for restaurants and several tips to discover the city. On top of that, the rooms themselves are very large and comfortable. This is our fixed address when visiting Palermo!

Michele was helpful , but getting the address was complicated. After finding the car drop off location, you carry your luggage’s across the street up the stairs like 20 stairs . ( where there is no lights at night) The room did not have a phone, I wanted to call my car rental office. No tissues, and no channels on the TV, I usually like to listen to music in my room. Getting in and out of the Suite building was a bit shady. My recommendation for extra $50/ night , get a hotel .

Perfect stay. Lovely welcome and excellent communication. Room very spacious, extremeley clean and very comfortable . In heart of city and easy to train station. We had a wonderful time, will be back and def recommend . Thankyou ❤️

It is a decent property extremely hard to find If you're driving it located in a small back alley with a giant wood door with a small sign. You will probably not find it to have your car valeted. Lucky we were able to find an open spot nearby in the city and walk our way in. There is also a sewer or garbage smell at times in the room and very loud outside at night. Bring your ear plugs. The property was clean and the front desk staff was very nice. Had its positives but know what you're getting into when you stay here.

Our stay at Bellaroto Suite and Spa was really fantastic! Outstanding hospitality from the moment we arrived, in the beautiful room and the many thoughtful touches. The location was also perfect for exploring many parts of Palermo, including the historic quarters and the waterfront port. When we return to Palermo (and we will!) we will look forward to another lovely stay

Great experience at Bellaroto suites. Only a small number of beautifully appointed very large rooms. Met on arrival by receptionist ( just ring the doorbell), who was very helpful with advice about the area. Rooms were very clean and also very quiet. Stairs up to the suites are a challenge for disabled, but an elevator is being installed this year. Perfect place to stay in Palermo.

What a wonderful hotel right in the heart of Palermo! We had a superb long weekend in the city. The hotel is super conveniently located about a ten minute walk from the bus stops that link the city to the airport. It is also snakc bang in the heart of everything you want to see in Palermo. 2 mins from Quatro Canti, 5 from Cathedral, markets, harbour, the monestery which does the biggest Cannoli. The rooms are superb. Super clean, great air con, Juliet balcony overlooking the street - the double glazing and the shutters keep the noise out. Michel is super friendly and met us as we arrived, he gave us loads of tips for places to eat and where to visit all of which were great choices. Breakfast is a small walk to the restaurant - the choices are good and plenty for breakfast. Thank you so much for making our trip so wonderful. What a city and what a great place to base your stay. Amazing! Thoroughly recommend!!

Great place very central, fantastic staff can arrange transfer from airport around 80 euro for great service. Location in central and we had a fantastic time. I can not rate this enough. Will definitely return.

The location was perfect, close to many historic sites. It was a little difficult to find but the neighborhood was charming with cafes and restaurants very close by. Our room was large with old world charm.

This is a beautiful and charming hotel in the centre of Palermo,located in a quiet side-street. Michele and his wife were very kind and helpful, and my room was really lovely and spacious. Very comfortable bed and I slept well. I was given vouchers for breakfast at a nearby cafe which was good but the cafe gave no choice at all - it was a large chocolate/pistachio/jam croissant which I don't really eat, and I was told there was no other choice for me. That was a shame but OK. The hotel has coffee and teas available in Reception and I enjoyed drinking my coffee on my balcony. Easy to walk to the sights, one of which of course is the stunning Piazza Bellini just 3 mins walk from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this charming and historic hotel, in a beautiful city.
