The owner, Simone, is the kindest man you will ever meet! He is super nice and attentive, made sure all our needs are met, and even remembered our names, which is so sweet and made us felt extremely welcomed! The breakfast is wonderful with a wide spread of options, and Simone personally made us fresh coffees every morning🌟The room themselves are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Location is great too. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Palermo!

Such a lovely place, clean, smells good. We spent 4 days there and wish we spent more. Very well located close to the main attractions. The breakfast is plentyful and delicious. Simone is a lovely guy, cheerful and very helpful. We recommend it very much!

My stay at Due Passi was very nice and comfortable. The rooms are clean, the location is very central and the breakfast good! They proofed to be very flexible and willing to change a reservation last minute, as strikes at the airport made things difficult. Also, communication beforhands and during my stay was fast and easy. We spent a single night in the centre of Palermo, a trendy and lively bar, restaurant with terrace, shop, ice cream,etc We stayed with our children. Simon the owner has taken the time to recommend us places to go out and eat.
The apartment is located about 30min drive from the airport to Palermo. We took a car rental service directly at the airport which has cost us very dear. Tip : book and pay directly on the internet ( price/ well-known)

Excellent stay as we were very well received : a warm welcome and a high quality of service : tailored ! Simon has carried all our luggage on departure as on arrival. He was attentive as we had children. He took the time to know them (smile, presentation), very pro it has a small office area at the entrance for any information. We offered his business card.

Breakfast prepared before our wake-up offered with fresh products and of quality (kiwi, pineapple, yoghurt, fruit juice, etc) and delicious croissants with cream in a kitchen area with a fridge and a gas hob. The breakfast is offered to all clients who have stayed in the apartment but we preferred to take it on our terrace to enjoy the beautiful weather, the owner accepted and we even brought the tray into our room !

Our rental car broke down, Simon was able to show professionalism and was engaged to manage the calls between the tow truck and the rental car agency because we don't speak Italian well. We even found a taxi back to the airport !

The room is simple, spacious (between 15 and 20m2) and purified. The double bed is large and very comfortable ( we slept 4 with our 2 children!) also has a single bed in the room. The shower room is clean and very relaxing with its Led lights ! A lot of towel to our availability ! 2 small balconies in front of the offices, has air conditioning. No need of taking anti mosquito ! Only downside, the street was very noisy at night (Saturday) despite the fact that we were not facing the shopping street we heard a rather loud noise of the shopping street.

If we were to stay again in Palermo we will come back to see Simon ! We highly recommend you. Apartment that has charm, perfectly maintained and in details .

Located in a pedestrian area in the central Simone (the manager) is very nice and available for every need... and then the breakfast SUPER! The rooms are modern, clean and the bed very comfortable. Definitely recommend it

The location was spot on. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the host was so helpful! We had such an enjoyable stay..loved the morning coffees and pastries. So delicious!
