The staff was exceptional and courteous. Special thanks to both Giuseppe and Michaela at reception for extraordinary services to us. Pristine rooms, excellent breakfast. Fabulous upscale hotel in a perfect location across from Teatro Massimo.

Shower did not drain. Dirty shower doors and well. Dirty floor. Carpet is very dirty and faded. Musty and damp. Hard bed. No elevator.

The hotel staff were fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. Our room looked out to Massimo Teatro, which was beautiful. It's a very lively area.I was traveling with a friend and requested twin beds. The beds were a little stiff for my liking. Even though our room faced the main drag, once we closed our balcony door, the room was quiet. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Friendly & helpful staff. Great location with easy access to bars, shops, restaurants & attractions. I would happily stay here again. The decor was a bit dated but property was clean.

Stairs from street to hotel which is on first floor could be a problem.
Breakfast good but not enough coffee and not enough table space or plates.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Probably not families with young children.

This is a great place with good location. The only problem is the entrance to the hotel you have to go up a flight of stairs. Also this place is a little limited when it comes to facilities.

Good location unfortunately my room was next to the reception client was in and out even in the middle of the night I can hear them.

The property is in the close to traffic area. Very nice.
The advertising pictures are totally deceiving. Old dirty carpet throughout the facility and in the room, unclean bathroom with previous client contact-lens stack to wall, non draining shower, cracks in wall, had to disconnect desk lamp to have any power at the only desk in the room. Proximity to Teatro Massimo and the old town area of Palermo is excellent. So many options for dining and gelato nearby!
